Billing schedule and payment terms
- The school publishes annual tuition figures; the school calendar follows a three‑term structure and per‑term amounts above are the annual tuition divided by three for budgeting purposes. Registration fees are invoiced together with tuition. A payment plan option exists for self‑paying families and carries a non‑refundable arrangement fee of USD 400.00; the payment plan is subject to director approval. For school‑organised transport availability and specific transport charges, parents should contact the Business Office.
Boarding
- Boarding is not offered. ISB operates as a day school across its Primary and Secondary campuses.
Other optional or recurring costs
- School‑organised transportation: optional service; a published transport organization charge appeared in prior published schedules for AY 2025/26 at USD 3,500.00. Confirm current availability and price with the Business Office.
- Co‑curricular / trips: Grades 5–12 undertake annual academic/experiential trips and subject areas may run overnight trips; these excursions can incur additional costs.
- Lunch and food service: monthly lunch orders are processed online and paid by payment card; accepted card types include VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTERCARD / MAESTRO and DINA (payments processed in RSD by Banca Intesa Beograd). Dragon Cafe purchases may be made with cash or by card. Lunch cancellations are credited toward future lunch orders rather than refunded in cash.
- Uniforms / dress code: there is no compulsory school uniform; students are expected to be clean, neat and appropriately dressed for learning.
Refunds and non‑refundable items
- Application fee and registration fee are explicitly one‑time, non‑refundable charges. The EAL one‑time fee and the payment plan arrangement fee are also described as one‑time / non‑refundable where specified. For tuition refund arrangements or detailed refund terms related to mid‑year withdrawal, expulsion, visa issues, or other circumstances, contact the Business Office for the school's formal policy.
Fee payment options and practical notes
