Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is payable in Euro. Fees are published in advance and the standard billing option shown is payment in three instalments (per term) as listed above.
- A 5% discount is applied if fees are paid in full by the early payment deadline (published for the 2025/26 schedule as full payment before 1 July 2026).
- Sibling discounts apply on a sliding scale: 10% for the first sibling, 15% for the second, 20% for the third, and 25% for the fourth and subsequent siblings.
Boarding / homestay
- The school notes that boarding facilities and homestay options are available for families requiring them, but no separate published boarding fee or a detailed boarding price schedule is provided in the school's published fees document. Other costs and recurring additional charges

- Special Educational Needs (SEN) support: 1:1 full‑day teaching assistant (Sept–June) EUR 1,800 per month; part‑time teaching assistant charged at EUR 40 per 45‑minute lesson (up to 15 lessons per week option).
- After‑school and wraparound care:
- Morning care / Breakfast Club: EUR 800 per year.
- After‑school care for Primary students (termly): EUR 990 per term (includes swimming fees at the local pool and an afternoon snack).
- Music tuition (private lessons) from EUR 40 per 45 minutes.
- Extra language tuition: EUR 45 per 45‑minute 1:1 lesson, or EUR 25 per 45‑minute group lesson (max 3 students).
- The following items are excluded from tuition and are charged separately: textbooks and workbooks, meals and lunch, compulsory school uniform, extended trips and excursions, and school transport (school bus). Year‑by‑year textbook and exam exclusions are specified for Years 9–13.
Refunds and withdrawal notice
- One term's written notice is required for pupil withdrawal. The published fees policy also states that fees are refundable on withdrawal with 4 weeks' notice. The school reserves the right to recover any shortfall arising from administrative errors but may consider exceptional circumstances when arranging payment plans.
