Application fees
- There is no application fee to apply to S:t Eskils gymnasium. Admissions to the municipal gymnasium are handled through the regular, non‑fee processes for upper secondary school in Sweden.
Tuition fees (by year group / per term)
- There are no tuition fees for students enrolled at S:t Eskils gymnasium for any year group (Year 1, Year 2 or Year 3). There is no per‑term or per‑year tuition charge for parents/guardians.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- There is no routine tuition billing to parents for day students. When charges do occur (for example for optional, voluntary activities, study trips or specific material purchases), those charges are handled on an activity‑by‑activity basis and will be invoiced according to the invoice terms stated with that charge. Eskilstuna kommun issues intermunicipal invoices monthly (with reading date on the 15th each month) and accepts electronic invoices for official billing.
Boarding / accommodation fees
- S:t Eskils gymnasium does not operate on‑site boarding or an internal dormitory for regular students; there are no boarding fees charged by the school. (Accommodation needs for students who qualify for inackordering support are handled through the municipality's travel and accommodation support procedures.)
Other costs or fees (examples and typical items)
- School meals: Lunch is provided in the school dining facility on school days. Meal provision is organised by the municipal catering service; where a student's home municipality covers school meals, no additional meal charge is taken from that student.
- Transport: Local gymnasium students receive an Elevkort for travel; the Elevkort covers four cost‑free trips per school day for eligible students. If a student's home municipality arranges travel support, that is administered via the relevant municipal routines.
- Personal computer: The school loans a portable laptop to each student. The loan is governed by a contract and rules; parents/guardians may be held financially responsible for abnormal wear or damage and can be required to pay for repairs or replacement if the device is damaged beyond normal wear.
- Insurance: All students are covered by the school's insurance policy around the clock; families are not charged separately for the standard student insurance provided by the school.
- Graduation and optional extras: Purchases related to student photos, individual graduation items or optional, extracurricular events (for example certain study trips, event tickets, or class‑specific activities) are the responsibility of the student/family and are billed separately when applicable. The school does not assume responsibility for privately ordered graduation products.
Refund information
- There are no tuition or application fees to refund. For optional activities or purchases that are charged to families (for example voluntary study trips or extra services), refund eligibility and the refund process are determined by the terms provided at the time the charge is issued and by the applicable municipal billing rules; routine municipal intermunicipal billing follows the municipality's invoicing schedule.
Fee payment options
- The municipality accepts electronic invoicing for official charges and intermunicipal billing. Where a parent/guardian is billed for an optional activity, payment method and terms will be stated on that invoice or payment notice. For intermunicipal and official municipal billing the municipality's e‑invoice channels and references apply.
