Application fees
- There is no application fee charged for admission to the International School of Helsingborg. ISH is a state-funded, tuition-free municipal international school for students aged 2–19.
Tuition fees by year group (per term / per year)
- Early Years (ages 3–5): No tuition charged; education is provided as part of the state/municipal provision.
- Primary Years Programme (PYP, ages ~6–12): No tuition charged; education is provided tuition-free.
- Middle Years Programme (MYP, ages ~11–16): No tuition charged; education is provided tuition-free.
- Diploma Programme (Gymnasie, ages ~16–19): No tuition charged for the IB Diploma Programme offered at the school.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- General tuition billing: Not applicable (no recurring tuition or term fees are charged for the school's programmes).
- Where optional, chargeable items (see “Other costs”) occur, those items are billed individually according to the school/municipal billing procedure for that activity; any such charges are handled separately from regular schooling and invoiced when required.

- Boarding is not applicable. The school operates as a day school only; there are no boarding facilities or boarding fees.
Other costs or fees (uniform, materials, trips, exams, extracurriculars)
- Uniforms: No regular school tuition charge includes a uniform requirement; any clothing or sports kit costs would be handled as a personal purchase if required for an activity.
- School materials and textbooks: No regular tuition charge applies; specific materials or privately-purchased supplies (if requested for particular courses or projects) would be charged or purchased separately by families where applicable.
- School trips and extracurricular activities: Optional trips, field trips, voluntary extracurricular activities and similar non-compulsory events may incur separate charges; such costs are handled on a per-activity basis. Municipal schools commonly vary in how these optional costs are collected.
- IB Diploma external/examination costs: Diploma candidates may incur examination/registration fees charged for IB assessments; these are separate from school tuition and are billed when applicable. Families of Diploma students should expect subject-level IB assessment fees where the IB charges for examinations or related services.
Refund information
- Refunds for tuition: Not applicable because no tuition is charged.
- Refunds for optional items: Refund conditions for any optional paid activities, trips, or external exam fees are determined on a case-by-case basis and handled under the school/municipal terms for that specific activity; such refunds (if any) follow the invoicing/payment terms for the charged item.
Fee payment options
- Regular tuition payment options: Not applicable (no tuition to be paid).
- Payment methods for optional/invoiceable items: When fees for optional activities, IB exam charges, or similar items are levied, they are processed through the school/municipal billing system and paid according to the invoicing instructions provided (municipal schools typically invoice and accept payment by standard municipal payment channels). Specific accepted payment methods for any invoiced item (for example, bank transfer/invoice details) are provided with that invoice.
