Billing schedule and payment terms
- The school's payment calendar runs May through April. Families may elect to:
- Pay in full by May 31 (receive a 3% tuition credit).
- Enroll in a 12-month payment plan (May–April) via FACTS.
- Enroll in a bi-monthly / 24-payment plan when enabled through FACTS (school offers monthly or bi-monthly options).
- All tuition and incidental charges are collected and managed through the FACTS Tuition Management system. Incidentals such as the family raffle, graduation fee, and other billed items are posted to FACTS accounts.
- Students who are in arrears with tuition and/or fees are subject to suspension; to lift a suspension immediate payments must be made in cash, money order, or by credit card (no personal checks accepted at that time).
Boarding / residential provision
- St. Laurence is a day school; there is no boarding program.
Refund and cancellation information
- The registration fee is non‑refundable (USD 400).
- All tuition payments are non‑refundable. If a student has attended one day of a semester and then leaves, the family remains responsible for the tuition for that entire semester.
Fee payment options and methods
- Tuition and incidentals are processed through FACTS Tuition Management. FACTS supports payment by automatic bank withdrawal (ACH/eCheck), debit/credit cards, and check processing where enabled by the school; credit-card transactions through FACTS may carry processing fees as determined by FACTS and/or the school.
- For immediate on-campus payments (for example to clear a suspension) acceptable methods include cash, money order, or credit card; personal checks are not accepted at that time.
Discounts and scholarship notes (payment-related items)
- Sibling discount: USD 1,000 tuition discount when two siblings attend concurrently (handled by the Financial Aid Office for more than two siblings).
- Named scholarships, need-based Christian Brother awards, and other named awards are administered separately; scholarship awards and financial-aid applications are coordinated through FACTS and the school's financial-aid process.
Practical notes for parents
- Mandatory incidental items (family raffle, club fees, student services fee, yearbook, graduation fee, testing fees) are billed in addition to base tuition and are typically posted to FACTS accounts on the school's billing calendar.
- Senior-specific charges (graduation fee, testing, transcripts) are billed to senior accounts as noted. Senior transcript fee is USD 5 (may be waived if requested before September 30).
