- Fees and schedules below apply to the 2025–2026 school year (school year shown as 08/11/2025 – 06/05/2026); monthly figures are shown where the school bills by month (the published school year length is 10 months).
Application / registration fees
- One-time registration (application) fee: USD 75 for new students. Re-enrollment fee for returning students: USD 50.
Enrollment deposit
- Deposit for ROSSINCA Academy elementary K–5: USD 2,000 (held on account and returned at the end of the school year or retained for the next school year if the family continues). Separate program deposits apply for other programs (after‑school deposits vary by program).
Tuition — elementary (K/Tk, Grades 1–5) — monthly and annual amounts by payment plan
- The school publishes three payment plans: Plan A (prepaid for the full school year, non‑refundable), Plan B (prepaid by semester, non‑refundable), and Plan C (paid monthly, cancellation with 30 days' notice). The published monthly tuition for the core school program (8:30 am–3:00 pm) is:
- Plan A (prepaid year): USD 1,640 per month.
- Plan B (prepaid by semester): USD 1,690 per month.
- Plan C (monthly payment): USD 1,780 per month.
- The published accounting/processing addition is USD 5 per month; the published monthly “TOTAL — School only” amounts (including the small accounting charge) are USD 1,645 (Plan A), USD 1,695 (Plan B), and USD 1,785 (Plan C). Annual (10‑month school year) totals thus are:
- Plan A annual (10 months): USD 16,450 (total school only).
- Plan B annual (10 months): USD 16,950 (total school only).

Afterschool (on-site) — published monthly rates by days per week
- Afterschool on-site (3:00 pm–5:45 pm) published monthly rates (Plan columns listed; representative standard monthly rates):
- 2 days/week: USD 260 per month.
- 3 days/week: USD 400 per month.
- 4 days/week: USD 520 per month.
- 5 days/week: USD 610 per month.
- Afterschool program standalone pricing, Saturday programs, camps, and many individual classes (Russian language, math, science, LEGO robotics, dance, theatre, private lessons) have separate published monthly or per‑session fees and material fees; examples include Russian language classes from about USD 150–300/month (depending on level and frequency), individual music lessons from about USD 40–60 per lesson, and LEGO robotics sessions priced per 8‑class block. Registration fees, material fees, accounting fees, and deposits for these programs are published separately.
Other recurring / program fees
- Material fee for ROSSINCA Academy (elementary): USD 600 per year (payable in two installments).
- Afterschool material fee examples: USD 300/year (4–5 days/week), USD 200/year (2–3 days/week), USD 100/year (1 day/week) for standard afterschool program tiers.
- Facility fees for some programs: examples show an additional facility fee (e.g., USD 40) applied to certain program types or monthly schedules.
- Accounting / processing fee: USD 5/month is listed for the elementary program billing.
- Costume, field trip, and event fees are charged separately as incurred.
Uniforms and supplies
- Material fees (see above) cover some supplies. Separate uniform costs are charged where applicable; textbook and additional book fees may apply for certain classes. Specific uniform prices are published per program when required.
Boarding
- Boarding is not offered; the school operates day programs (daycare, preschool, elementary, afterschool, Saturday classes, and camps).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Monthly tuition is due by the 5th of every month; invoices are issued online through the school's Parent Portal. Payments follow the selected plan: Plan A is prepaid for the full year and non‑refundable; Plan B is prepaid by semesters and non‑refundable; Plan C is paid monthly and requires 30 days' written notice for cancellation. The published school year length for the schedule is 10 months.
- Enrollment deposit is returned at the end of the school year (May) or when enrollment is canceled with 30 days' written notice; the deposit may remain on account for the following year if the family continues. Early withdrawal: tuition for the entire semester is payable if the student's enrollment covers any portion of that semester.
Late payment, missed payment and returned check charges
- Late payment fee: a late fee (published figure) is applied to payments received after the monthly due date. A published PayPal processing surcharge of 5% applies when paying via PayPal. Returned-check and missed-payment penalties are published: the tuition policy lists a returned‑check service/processing fee for NSF checks and a missed‑EFT fee for failed electronic payments; accounts past due may be reported to a credit reporting agency and a student may be subject to immediate dismissal if the account is 30 days past due. Habitually delinquent accounts may be required to pay quarterly in advance.
Refunds and cancellations
- There are no refunds for illness, vacation, or other absences; tuition is not prorated for such absences. Prepaid plans are indicated as non‑refundable. Enrollment deposit return conditions require 30 days' written notice for cancellation unless otherwise specified by policy. Early withdrawal obligations require payment for the entirety of the semester if enrollment covered any portion of that semester.
Fee payment options and instructions
- Accepted payment methods and instructions as published:
- Online payments through the Parent Portal / electronic funds transfer (EFT).
- Payment by check (mailed to: 2095 Park Avenue, San Jose, CA 95126).
- Payment by PayPal (a published 5% processing fee applies).
- The school's billing system may assess automated missed‑payment fees for failed EFT attempts and may require alternate payment methods (cash, cashier's check, certified funds) after repeated returned checks.
Other notes on miscellaneous charges
- Separate, program‑specific fees apply for camps, trial classes, costumes, field trips, transportation (when provided), private lessons, and special events; these are charged in addition to tuition and billed as incurred. Some classes require per‑semester or per‑block prepayment (for example, semester‑prepaid blocks for Saturday programs or 8‑class blocks for certain elective classes).
