July payments (the July installment and registration charges) are required in order to receive class schedules and to complete re‑enrollment procedures. May is typically the final tuition payment for the academic year if following the school's standard annual schedule.
- Credit card payments made through FACTS incur a service charge of 3.05% in addition to the payment amount. Returned payments incur a FACTS returned‑payment fee and school charges; the school's published returned‑payment/FACTS fee is USD 25.00. Late tuition payments incur a USD 30.00 charge for each month in which the payment is delinquent. Families are advised to contact the Finance Office at least 72 hours before a scheduled withdrawal if a change is needed.
- For families who applied for financial aid, a FACTS payment plan must be set up by the school's stated deadline (July dates are referenced in school communications) or financial aid may be delayed or forfeited.
