Refund information and enrollment/withdrawal terms
- Reservation Fee refund for Infant/Toddler: If a child does not begin attendance on the agreed start date and the school offers the spot to another child, the Reservation Fee will be refunded and the enrollment canceled.
- Disenrollment notice (Infant/Toddler continuous-enrollment policy): A three-month written notice is required if a child will not complete continuous enrollment through the end of Toddler 2; this notice requirement affects scheduling and billing. Summer absence policies (one month off in June or July) are available with 30 days' notice and corresponding billing adjustments.
- For Primary–8th grade enrollment and withdrawals, the published tuition schedule and enrollment contract set billing obligations and any applicable refund or charge rules; credits from state scholarships may be applied either at enrollment or as payments are received.
Boarding fees
- Not applicable. Country Day World School is an Infant–Grade 8 day program; no boarding or residential program is offered.
Fee payment options and account handling
- Student accounts, tuition credits, and scholarship credits are reflected in the MyCDS parent portal and handled through the school's billing process. Families enroll in a payment plan through the published schedule and the school's account system; Florida scholarship credits are applied either at enrollment or as scholarship payments are received. For particulars of accepted payment instruments (for example, card or bank arrangements) families use the MyCDS/business-office billing process.
