- Payment collection is managed through FACTS Tuition Management; families enroll in a FACTS account at registration.
- Payment plan options available:
- Annual (one payment): full tuition payment by May 31 to be eligible for the pay‑in‑full discount. (Annual payment = USD 23,600).
- Semi‑Annual (two payments): payments due July 5 and November 5. (Semi‑annual installment based on tuition = USD 11,800 per installment; this amount applies to tuition only and does not include registration, technology, or other fees).
- Ten‑Month (monthly): payments due the 5th of each month July through April. (Monthly installment based on tuition = USD 2,360 per month; this amount applies to tuition only and does not include registration, technology, or other fees).
Discounts (applied to base tuition)
- Catholic discount (verification required): USD 1,600.
- Second student discount: USD 500.
- Third and each additional student discount: USD 750.
- Pay‑in‑full discount (deadline applies): USD 750 if paid by the stated date. Discounts are generally not combinable with tuition assistance, except the Catholic discount where noted.
Required and recurring additional fees (Domestic)
- Admission application (incoming students only): USD 80.
- Registration fee (annual, non‑refundable unless otherwise stated): USD 700. Payment is collected at registration.
- Technology fee (annual, mandatory, non‑refundable; no proration for mid‑year enrollment/withdrawal): USD 875.

Transportation (examples of 2026–27 route pricing and options)
- Bus and express van services are available with route‑dependent pricing for 2026–27. Full‑year round‑trip bus fares by route commonly range from approximately USD 3,500 to USD 5,000; monthly round‑trip passes typically range from about USD 550 to USD 750. Express van full‑year one‑way pricing is listed at USD 2,500 for select routes. Exact route selection determines the final amount.
International students (2026–27)
- International student annual tuition: USD 41,000. All international students are required to pay the year's tuition and fees in full on or before May 1 prior to the start of the school year.
- International application fee: USD 350.
- International registration fee: USD 1,500.
- International technology fee: USD 875.
- International Student Support Class (if required for NEW students): USD 3,000.
- Estimated additional international costs (varies by student): e‑books/textbooks USD 700–1,000; uniforms USD 300–500; medical coverage USD 500–1,000; spending money USD 1,000–2,000; sports/extra‑curricular USD 1,200–2,500. International students are not eligible for tuition assistance or the domestic discounts.
- International housing requirement: international students must live with a natural parent or an approved homestay; homestay services are arranged through an external homestay provider. There is no on‑campus boarding program.
Billing terms, refund and withdrawal policies
- There is no proration of tuition for students enrolling or withdrawing mid‑year; the full tuition obligation remains as billed.
- When a student terminates attendance, all unpaid tuition, fees, and other charges become immediately due and payable.
- If a family has already paid future months' tuition and the student withdraws, the Business Office will refund any potential tuition payments that were pre‑paid for future months. If a student attends any part of a month, the family remains responsible for that entire month's tuition.
- Registration fees are non‑refundable. The technology fee is non‑refundable and non‑transferable after July 1. Other fees may have specific refund rules noted at time of billing.
Fee payment methods and processing
- All tuition and related school fee billing is processed through FACTS Tuition Management; families set up their payment plan and FACTS account during registration. FACTS supports automatic bank draft (ACH/eCheck) and credit/debit card payments where a school permits those methods; convenience or processing fees for card payments may apply per the FACTS program and school policy. The FACTS enrollment/processing fee is charged through FACTS.
Other notes on school‑assessed charges
- Program‑specific fees (for example: IB subject/exam fees, ASP program, special testing, co‑curricular activity fees, instrument rental or course materials) are charged in addition to base tuition as required by participation. Transportation, homestay, health insurance, textbooks, uniforms and extracurricular fees are additional family obligations where applicable.
