Personal, Social and Emotional Development is embedded in CIS Armenia's curriculum. In Early Years Preschool, the program is taught in English and focuses on developing personal, social and emotional wellbeing and related skills. In Primary, Personal and Social Education is included as part of the Cambridge International Curriculum.
English is the language of instruction. In Primary, the school uses English as a Second Language guidelines; Russian is taught from Year 1, and Armenian is taught for native speakers from Year 1.
The curriculum includes Personal, Social and Emotional Development across Early Years to Primary to support mental wellbeing. Community Wellbeing is featured in school communications and newsletters.
CIS Armenia International School is an international Cambridge-accredited institution in Yerevan for students aged 3 to 18. The school offers a British-style curriculum that blends the British National, Cambridge International and Armenian National curricula, guiding learners from Early Years Preschool through Primary to Secondary, with Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge International AS and A Levels in the senior years, alongside the Australian Curriculum. The campus is a four-floor building in the city centre with bright, well-resourced classrooms and interactive technologies.
