Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

Step 1: Complete the pre-registration request for your child. If registering several children, the request must be completed for each child separately. You will receive confirmation of your request from the Lycée and a list of documents to provide within 48 working hours. Step 3: If your child has studied in an establishment that does not provide the French education system programs and your enrollment concerns CP/Grade 1 and any level above, you will be offered a date for a diagnostic test in mathematics and an interview with the teaching team. After the test, the school will inform you if the registration can continue. For Nursery school registrations, an appointment will be arranged with the teacher concerned. Step 4: You will complete your child's registration confirmation. The contract to be signed, the invoice, the internal regulations and the financial regulations will be communicated in the following week. Re-enrollment procedure: For our current students who will continue their education in 2026-2027 school year, it is mandatory to submit a re-enrollment request. In addition, the full tuition fees for the 2025-2026 school year must be paid. No student will appear on the school's lists if this procedure has not been followed. If there is a particular problem, contact the administration without delay.

Lycee Francais Anatole France is an Armenian-based International French Lycée, the only Armenian school approved by the French Ministry of National Education and recognised under the 2011 intergovernmental agreement between France and Armenia. The school teaches in French, following the programs of the French Ministry of National Education, from nursery to high school. It offers a bespoke curriculum and a pathway to French diplomas: nursery (maternelle) 2-5, elementary (elementaire) 6-10, middle (college) 11-14 with the Brevet, and high school (lycee) 15-17 with the Baccalaureat. The school is part of the AEFE network, in the ZECO zone, enabling exchanges and study in France or abroad. Facilities include a canteen with meals included, designed by a nutritionist. After-school activities (Périscolaire) begin October 1, with extracurriculars and a Student Council in leadership roles. An Armenian section supports local language and culture. This environment broadens students' horizons and learning for their future in Armenia.
