Tuition fees — Primary School (Reception to Year 6)

- Annual all-inclusive Primary School fee: AUD 11,285 per annum. This all-inclusive fee incorporates tuition, stationery and a wide range of learning activities and excursions.
- Per-term amount (school year divided into four terms): AUD 2,821.25 per term (AUD 11,285 ÷ 4). Fees for each term are invoiced on a termly basis in the middle of the preceding term.
- Sibling discounts for Primary School: 10% discount on the annual Primary fee for the second sibling, 15% for the third sibling and 20% for the fourth sibling.

The Quest (camp / experiential learning charges)

Early Learning Centre (ELC) fees

- Weekly rate (5 days): AUD 650.00 per week.
- The ELC operates as a long day care program (7:30am to 6:00pm, 49 weeks per year); ELC fees cover the educational program and nappies where applicable. Families registered with Centrelink may apply for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS); families must provide their own and their child's Customer Reference Number and date of birth to claim CCS. ELC fees are invoiced fortnightly in arrears and are payable on receipt. ELC fees may be charged at half the usual rate during the first two weeks of January when the school reopens after the Christmas closure.

OSHC & Vacation Care fees (Outside School Hours Care)

- Before School Care: AUD 17.60 (permanent) / AUD 21.00 (casual) per session.
- After School Care: AUD 32.00 (permanent) / AUD 38.00 (casual) per session.
- Vacation Care: AUD 68.00 per day plus excursion/incursion costs where applicable. OSHC and Vacation Care fees are invoiced fortnightly in arrears and are payable on receipt. No CCS can be claimed against late pick-up fees.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Primary School fees are invoiced termly in the middle of the term preceding the term to which the fees relate (for example, Term 2 fees are invoiced mid Term 1). Primary fees may be paid in full by the last day of the term preceding the term to which they relate, or by a Direct Debit arrangement (monthly/fortnightly) that may commence in Term 4.
- ELC, OSHC and Vacation Care fees are invoiced fortnightly in arrears; these invoices are payable immediately on receipt.
- Accepted payment methods include credit card, EFT (direct deposit), B-Pay, cheque, and automatic direct debit arrangements. The school can set up automatic direct debits on request to the accounts office. Uniform and some service purchases are available via the school's online ordering platforms (School Stream / Flexischools).

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not applicable. The school offers Early Learning Centre and Primary (Reception–Year 6) programs only; there is no boarding provision for students.

Refunds, withdrawals and fee adjustments

- Application and enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- No remission of fees is made for student absences.
- Notice of withdrawal: Primary School students require one full school term's written notice to the Principal; ELC students generally require eight weeks' written notice (special rules apply for ELC students in their last term before Primary). If less than the required notice is given, a full term's fees (or fees equivalent as stated in policy) will be charged in lieu of notice. Camp/Quest fees are invoiced in advance for the term in which they take place and are payable by the last day of that term.
- Overdue accounts may attract late payment fees, monthly interest (as set by School Council), recovery of collection expenses, suspension of access to other services (for example OSHC or uniform purchases), and in some cases withdrawal of the student after due process. Families experiencing genuine hardship should contact the Business Manager in advance to request a formal payment plan.
