Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is billed on a term basis; families may pay per term or in advance. A prompt‑payment discount applies when fees are paid in full early (10% discount if full payment is made before the end of January; 5% if paid before the end of February).
Boarding fees
- Boarding facilities are available at the campus (mixed boarding). Boarding fees are set separately from day tuition and must be confirmed directly with the school; specific boarding rates are not published in the standard tuition table.
Other compulsory and common additional costs
- Uniforms: a uniform shop operates for required school uniform purchases; uniform costs are additional to tuition and billed or purchased separately.
- Camps, excursions and pastoral activities: charges for camps and excursions are additional and appear on fee statements or the school fees calculator options.
- eBooks / learning resources / technology items: some year levels incur charges for eBooks or technology resources; these are additional to the tuition figures above.
- Other possible charges: subject levies, specialist program fees, replacement ID or stationery charges, and external exam costs may be charged in addition to tuition.
Refund information
- Refunds for prepaid tuition: where fees have been paid in advance and the student has not commenced that term, the school refunds the portion of fees covering the uncommenced term. Refund requests must be made by the person responsible for paying school fees and refunds are processed within 30 days. Refunds are not payable to third parties. Students who are expelled remain financially responsible for fees up to the end of the current term. Application/registration fees are non‑refundable.
Fee payment options and security
- Online payments: the school accepts online tuition payments through a secure payment portal (128‑bit SSL encryption). Payment methods available for tuition include the school's online payment facility; bank transfer and card payments are used for online fee transactions via the payments portal. Specific accepted card types and bank account details are provided on fee statements or the payment portal.

- Early‑payment discounts apply as noted above and are applied to local student fee accounts under the school's fee schedule.
- Boarding-related costs (accommodation, meals, supervisory charges) are additional to day‑student tuition and are arranged and billed separately.
Australian International Academy – Coburg Campus offers an integrated Australian Curriculum alongside International Baccalaureate programmes across two campuses. King Khalid Coburg Campus delivers the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) for Prep to Year 5, while Melbourne Senior Campus hosts the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and the IB Diploma Programme (DP) for Years 11–12.
