Tuition fees (by year / typical annual amounts)

- Published third‑party fee summaries and school fee listings show the following typical annual tuition ranges and per‑year amounts (all amounts in AUD):
- Kindergarten / Early years: approximately AUD 4,000–5,000 per year.
- Primary years (Years 1–6): predominantly in the approx. AUD 4,000–6,000 per year range, with some year levels listed around AUD 4,100–4,400 and occasional listings up to ~AUD 5,600 for specific years.
- Secondary years (Years 7–10): commonly shown between approx. AUD 5,300 and AUD 6,800 per year depending on year level.
- Senior years (Years 11–12): commonly shown in the mid to upper range, with examples around AUD 7,600 up to AUD 12,000 per year for Year 12 on some listings.

Per‑term detail

- The school's public pages and published materials consulted do not provide a single, official per‑term fee table for each year level accessible on the public site. The figures above are taken from publicly listed fee summaries and school‑directory fee listings; the school's enrolment documents reference a tuition and levies statement and a fee policy that govern invoicing and instalment options.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- The enrolment procedure requires payment of the registration fee at application and payment of the enrolment bond and associated acceptance fees to confirm an offered place. The school uses an online parent/account portal (TASS Parent Lounge) for parent access to accounts and school communications. Specific invoicing frequency (termly, yearly or instalments) and due dates are managed through the Academy's tuition fees and levies statements and accounts system; parents are required to meet all tuition and levy payment obligations in accordance with the Academy's Fee Policy.

Boarding

- Boarding is not applicable. The Kellyville campus operates as a day school.

Other compulsory or commonly incurred costs

- Uniforms and book lists: Uniform and book list requirements exist and are supplied via the school's enrolment/parent information; uniform and textbook costs are additional to tuition and are charged separately or purchased via the school's uniform/book suppliers as specified on the school's booklist.

- Excursions, incursions and many in‑school activities are stated as included in the quoted school fees (for the Kellyville campus these are described as inclusive of excursions/incursions, sporting activities and certain literacy/numeracy programs). Some camps (eg. Years 5, 7, 9) are described as compulsory and are covered by fees; optional external trips or specific elective costs may attract additional charges.

- Before and After School Care: Before‑school care fee AUD 15.00 per session; After‑school care fee AUD 30.00 per session (operating hours and session availability are listed on the campus parent information).

Refunds and fee‑adjustment rules

- Refunds: The Academy processes refund requests via its Accounts Department; refunds are to be requested by the person responsible for paying fees and are processed within 30 days in the school's accounts procedures. Where fees have been paid in advance and a student has not commenced a term, the school will refund the portion of school fees paid for the uncommenced term. Expelled students must have fees paid up to the end of the current term. The EGB is refundable on leaving subject to settlement of obligations and required notice of withdrawal.

Fee payment methods and options

- The Academy accepts online payments through its parent/account portal and uses secure encrypted payment processing for online transactions. The Kellyville campus provides parent access via the TASS Parent Lounge for account and communication functions. Payment options commonly offered across AIA campuses include online card payments and payments processed through the school accounts/portal; invoices and the Academy's Tuition Fees and Levies Statement set out the available instalment or direct debit arrangements for families. For scholarship holders, scholarships apply to the tuition fee component only and all other charges must be paid in full.

Sibling discounts / scholarships

- Sibling discounts and scholarships are offered: scholarship awards (partial or full remission of tuition fees) are available for eligible students as specified in the Academy scholarship documentation; sibling discount practices are noted in public listings. Scholarship awards typically apply to tuition only and other charges remain payable.

Summary of findings and limits of publicly available detail

- Publicly available campus pages and school‑directory listings provide clear statements of the registration fee, the enrolment guarantee bond, before/after care session fees and general refund rules, together with third‑party listings of typical annual tuition amounts by year level. The school's detailed official tuition and levies statement, invoicing schedules (term/invoice due dates), and an official per‑term breakdown for each year level are controlled via the Academy's Tuition Fees and Levies Statement and fee policy documents and the school's parent accounts portal; those specific per‑term invoice schedules and a downloadable, campus‑specific per‑year, per‑term fee table were not published in a single public fee table on the campus pages consulted.

If you need a precisely itemised per‑term table for each year level for entry into your database, the Academy issues official tuition and levies statements to families and via the parent accounts system that contain the definitive per‑term schedules and invoicing options.

AIA is an Australian-affiliated school network offering an IB continuum alongside the Australian Curriculum. The Coburg King Khalid Campus serves primary students (Prep–Year 5), with the Melbourne Senior Campus providing secondary education (Year 6–12). The program blends the International Baccalaureate framework with local NSW concepts and is delivered in an Islamic ethos. In the Primary Years Programme, students study English and Literacy, Mathematics, Science, History and Geography, Creative Arts, Health and Physical Education, Arabic Language, Islamic Studies, and Library, organized around six transdisciplinary themes and a Year 6 PYP Exhibition. MYP and DP are available in later years, supporting students through inquiry, collaboration and research. Arabic is taught as a LOTE; Islamic Studies are integrated across the curriculum. The MERIT wellbeing framework and Service as Action promote social and ethical learning, with documentation via Managebac. Extracurriculars include robotics, debating, and creative arts, alongside leadership opportunities and community service for students.
