Fees
Application fees

- There are no application, enrolment or tuition charges for instruction in the standard Victorian curriculum at Davis Creek Primary School. Voluntary parent contributions may be invited but are not compulsory.

Tuition fees by year group / term

- The school does not charge tuition fees by year group or by term. All Foundation (Prep) to Year 6 instruction required to deliver the Victorian curriculum is provided without a compulsory tuition charge. Voluntary parent contributions and bookpack/requirements lists are the mechanism used for any additional requested funds.

Voluntary parent contributions and bookpacks (published arrangements)

- Davis Creek Primary School publishes Parent Contributions and year-level requirements (bookpacks/requirements lists) for families; the school invites voluntary contributions rather than compulsory fees. A Parent Contributions 2026 document and separate requirements lists for Foundation and Years 1–6 are published for parents. Where the school publishes a monetary suggested contribution it is presented as voluntary.

- Example itemised values reported by independent school information services for the 2026 arrangements include a single voluntary contribution suggestion (example: AUD 30) plus a curriculum-contributions breakdown listed by some aggregators (example items: classroom consumables AUD 50; online subscriptions AUD 20; ICT devices contribution AUD 20; whole-school events contribution AUD 20) and recommended tax-deductible library/building fund donations (example: AUD 30). These items are examples of how the Parent Contributions package has been presented for 2026. Please note the school's published Parent Contributions and the year-level bookpack/requirements lists set the definitive figures for each year level.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- There is no regular tuition billing per term because the school does not charge tuition. Voluntary parent contributions are optional and cannot be treated as a compulsory fee or recovered through debt-recovery procedures; schools must follow the Department of Education Parent Contributions arrangements when advising families (including communication timing and financial-support procedures). Extra‑curricular, user‑pays items (for example optional camps, excursions or certain private programs) are billed separately and carry their own payment terms. Davis Creek uses the school Parent Contributions/requirements documents and its Parent Portal for payment and consent arrangements.

Boarding fees

- Davis Creek Primary School is a government primary (Prep–Year 6) day school and does not operate boarding or residential facilities. There are no boarding fees.

Other costs and common additional charges

A casual/non‑permanent booking surcharge of AUD 3 applies.

- Camps, excursions and optional programs: These are typically offered on a user‑pays basis and are billed separately when they are not required components of curriculum delivery. Cost and payment timing for each activity are advised at the time the activity is offered.

Refund information

- Refunds for voluntary contributions and user‑pays items are managed by the school on a case‑by‑case basis. Generally, refunds are not available where the school has already paid or committed funds to a third party (for example external camp providers or pre-purchased resources). Requests for refunds are considered in line with school procedures and Department guidance.

Fee payment options

- Compass (school parent portal): The school uses Compass for parent login, consents and many payment transactions. Payments made through Compass are typically by card via the Compass payment service.

- Uniforms: Uniform purchases are made through the designated supplier's online shop (Noone) using the supplier's online payment methods.

- Outside‑hours care and holiday program payments follow the provider's enrolment and payment arrangements (Big Childcare). Contact details and booking/payment information are published by the provider.

Summary

- No application or tuition fees are charged. Voluntary parent contributions and year‑level bookpack/requirements lists are published for each year level; uniform and outside‑hours care are charged separately by third‑party providers with itemised prices. Payment and refund arrangements align with Department of Education parent contributions policy and the school's Parent Contributions/requirements documentation.
