Private School Bus Service is operated by Panorama Coaches with an interchange at Sackville Street, Kew; routes include Kangaroo Ground, Diamond Creek, Mernda and Reservoir. Afternoon buses depart at 4:00 pm and return in alternating sequences. PTV School Buses (Kinetic) offer additional routes; direct Genazzano lines include 548 (Kew to Bundoora), 207 (Kew to Doncaster) and 609 (Kew to Fairfield). The campus is also directly served by tram lines 109, 72, 16 and 48 and near Camberwell Station for rail links.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition fees are invoiced in advance in November for the following school year. Families must choose either: (1) Annual Payment — in full by 29 November (attracts a 3% early payment discount), or (2) Monthly Payment — ten (10) equal payments on the 15th of each month from November to August.
- Boarding fees are billed at the commencement of the school year and must be paid either in full by 15 February or by monthly payments (10 instalments) from February to November.
- Late payment administrative charge: AUD 250 will be charged where a family fails to make a valid payment by the chosen plan due date; the charge will recur each month the debt remains unpaid. The College may restrict participation in co-curricular activities or refuse term re-entry where fees are outstanding.
- One full school term's written notice to the Principal is required to cancel or withdraw a student. If the required notice is not given, a fee of one full term's tuition fees will be charged in lieu of notice. For students absent due to illness there is no reduction in fees. Holding or deferment deposits may be required for extended absences or deferred enrolments and are non-refundable or non-transferable in specified circumstances.
Boarding fees (where applicable)
- Full boarder (annual): AUD 36,014.
- Weekly boarder (annual): AUD 28,810.
- Boarding fees are billed at the start of the school year and may be paid in full by 15 February or by monthly instalments (10 instalments) from February to November.
Other compulsory and common costs
- Capital Building Levy (charged per family, Prep–Year 12): One student AUD 2,009; Two or more students AUD 2,583.
- Technology Support and other levies are included in the published totals and cover college devices and BYOD arrangements (iPad/MacBook for junior years and BYOD for Years 7–12) plus certain compulsory year-level activities. A payroll-related levy of AUD 750 per enrolment (Prep–Year 12) has been applied as a compulsory contribution.
- Music lessons (examples): 30-minute lesson — AUD 1,100 per semester (AUD 2,200 per annum); 45-minute lesson — AUD 1,608 per semester (AUD 3,216 per annum); 60-minute lesson — AUD 2,187 per semester (AUD 4,374 per annum). Instrument hire examples are published (e.g., AUD 406 per semester).
- Speech and drama lessons (examples): shared 35-minute lesson — AUD 649 per semester (AUD 1,298 per annum); individual 40-minute lesson — AUD 1,449 per semester (AUD 2,898 per annum).
- Rowing fees (2024/2025 season examples): Learn to row (Year 8) AUD 363; Junior Daniher Rowing AUD 3,515; Intermediate Canty Rowing AUD 3,810; Senior Radford Rowing AUD 4,580. Additional co-curricular charges (uniforms, private lessons, international tours) may apply.
- Annual booklists and stationery requirements are issued in Term Four and are charged as levies where applicable. Uniforms are purchased from the listed supplier (Bob Stewart, High Street Kew) and second-hand uniform options are operated by the Genazzano Mothers' Association.
Refunds and cancellation terms
- Domestic enrolments: One full school term's written notice to the Principal is required before cancellation or withdrawal. If this notice is not given, a fee equal to one full term's tuition will be charged. Holding deposits for extended absences or deferred enrolments are non-refundable or non-transferable if the student does not return. There is no fee reduction for absence due to illness.
- International students: Refund provisions apply when a student does not start the course on the agreed date or withdraws before course commencement; Genazzano will refund payments (other than the application fee AUD 500 and confirmation fee AUD 1,500) if a student does not successfully gain a visa. Where fees have been paid and enrolment is cancelled more than one term prior to commencement, fees paid will be refunded except for the application and confirmation fees. One full term's written notice is required for withdrawal or the equivalent fee will be charged; boarding fees may also apply. International enrolment deposit details and refund timing (e.g., refundable AUD 3,500 with refund processed within 90 days of written request) are published.

- Preferred payment method: Direct Debit nomination or the College online payment portal (GenConnect). Other accepted methods: Direct Deposit/EFT, EFTPOS (debit and credit cards), BPAY, and cheque. Visa and Mastercard credit card transactions incur a 1% surcharge; American Express incurs a 1.5% surcharge.

Discounts and special arrangements
- Early payment discount: Payment of annual tuition fees in full by 29 November receives a 3% discount. Payment of tuition fees in full for two years in advance can be accepted at current rates if paid by 30 September. Discounts are not applicable where bursaries, special discounts or fee remissions apply.
- Sibling discount: Second concurrent child 5%, third 10%, fourth and additional 25% applied only to tuition (does not apply to boarding fees or where other discounts/scholarships have been applied).
