Genazzano FCJ College sits on a 17-acre site with expansive lawns and landscaped grounds. The campus includes historic Wardell Building, the contemporary d'Houët Building, Grange Hill for Early Learning through Year 6, and the Madeleine Centre for Music and the Performing Arts. The college operates two libraries—Judith Elizabeth Paphazy Early Learning Resource Centre in Grange Hill (ELC–Year 4) and the d'Houët Library for Years 5–12—with extensive resources and staff. The Health Centre, located in Student Services, is a fully appointed clinic supported by a college nurse and a therapy dog. Sport and wellness facilities include a large oval, a newly renovated indoor heated six-lane 25m pool, an indoor basketball court, seven tennis courts, three netball courts, Centenary Hall with a full gym, and the 850-square-metre Physical Performance Centre; Hopetoun Hall provides boarding housing nearby.

The Physical Education Precinct incorporates Centenary Hall, which houses a full gymnasium and an assembly hall and the 25-metre indoor pool. The Physical Performance Centre (PPC) is an 850 square metre facility dedicated to health and physical education and is the largest fitness training centre in any girls' school in Australia, featuring a Spin studio with Keiser M3i bikes, a Pilates/Yoga studio, strength and conditioning equipment, boxing bags and TRX, a cardio zone with multiple machines, 40 stretching mats and staff offices.
Wardell Building houses the College reception, spacious classrooms, staff offices, student services, the Wardell Theatre, the Creative Arts department and the College Chapel. The d'Houët Building (built in 1999) features extensive library and technology facilities, state-of-the-art science laboratories and preparation areas, classrooms, tutorial rooms and conference facilities, a modern careers centre, a fully equipped gym and circuit room, and the College cafeteria; it is also home to Studio Beyond and Global Hub. Grange Hill houses the Early Learning Centre and Prep to Year 6 in a Victorian manor with modern learning spaces and a central library interfaced with communal piazzas and outdoor areas; the Grange Hill Library operates with defined hours for Grange Hill students. The Madeleine Centre for Music and the Performing Arts, opened in 2011, is a 450-seat venue with an orchestra pit, music classrooms and tuition rooms, exhibition areas and a control room, complemented by state-of-the-art theatre systems, a gallery and sculpture garden, and St Raphael's courtyard. Hopetoun Hall serves as the Boarding House located in Camberwell for up to 40 students, with modern bedrooms, study areas and communal dining.
LitFest is an annual week-long literature festival with author workshops, performances and writing opportunities. The d'Houët Library offers co-curricular activities such as Book Club, Chess Club and Library Assistants, and LitFest engages students in a range of literary experiences. Sport and fitness are central to the co-curricular program with 30+ sport and fitness programs; Genazzano supports pathway, program and participation sports through Girls' Sport Victoria (GSV) and other associations, with activities including Rowing (years 9–12 with boatsheds on the Yarra and Maribyrnong), GenAquatic swimming club, Snowsports teams with camps at Mt Buller and Falls Creek, and Saturday Netball at Macleay Park.
