- Computer device provided to Years 4–12 (iPads for Years 4–5; laptops for Years 6–12). Replacement fees: iPad AUD 700; laptop AUD 300 (first replacement), AUD 600 (second), AUD 1,700 (third and subsequent).
- Some excursions, camps and special events are charged on a cost‑recovery basis; external courses in Years 11–12 carry variable additional charges.
- Yearbook: one copy gifted per family.
- Discounts and financial assistance:
- Sibling discount: 5% on tuition for the second enrolled sibling; 10% for the third and subsequent enrolled siblings (not combinable with other assistance).
- Bursaries for financial hardship may be available at the Principal's discretion.
- Billing, payment schedule and terms:
- Invoicing: invoices issued in the first fortnight of each semester (July and January).
- Payment options: (a) Pay annual tuition in full before Semester One start and receive a 2% discount; (b) Invoiced by semester (July and January); (c) Monthly or termly direct debit (direct debit authority required annually).
- Payment methods accepted: direct bank transfer (BSB: 066‑000; Account: 10770622; Swift: CTB AAU2S), Mastercard/Visa (EFTPOS — credit card surcharge applies), AMEX (surcharge applies), card payments via Xero invoice link (surcharge applies). Cash and cheques are not accepted.
- Card surcharges and payment‑link surcharges apply (percentages specified on invoices).
- Late payment: accounts unpaid 15 calendar days after invoice date incur a 6% late charge; unpaid fees may lead to refusal of admission.
- Notice of withdrawal: one full term's written notice (as per the school calendar) is required; failure to give such notice results in a charge of one term's tuition.

Refunds must be paid within specified statutory timeframes.
Refunds, notice and withdrawal (summary)
- For self‑funded and company‑funded enrolments: one full term's written notice is required prior to withdrawal; failure to provide this notice results in a charge of one term's tuition.
- For CRICOS international students: refund percentages and administrative charges depend on the timing of visa outcome or written notice relative to course commencement (for example, full refund less specified administrative amounts in many cases if visa refused or if notice is provided more than ten weeks prior to commencement; reduced refunds or no refund apply in other timeframes). Refunds are processed within statutory timeframes.
Boarding / accommodation
- The school does not offer boarding accommodation facilities. CRICOS students must have approved welfare arrangements (nominated guardian or other approved arrangements) while in Australia.
Uniform and other incidental costs
- Uniform items are additional to tuition and are purchased from JFE Uniform Concepts (ordering and used uniform options are available). Uniform item prices are not listed in the fee schedules and are payable separately.
- Additional incidental costs may include excursions, camps, certain co‑curricular activities with external providers, external course fees in Years 11–12, insurance exclusions for personal effects, device replacement fees, and any other specified cost‑recovery charges.
