Tuition fees — International students (Annual and instalment details)
- International annual net tuition fees (per year level) are higher than domestic rates; the schedule lists annual amounts and a composite fee per year level. For international students the tuition and composite fees for 2026 are invoiced in two instalments (February and July) and are payable within 14 days of billing; per‑instalment = annual fee ÷ 2. Examples:
- Foundation: AUD 33,100 per annum — per instalment AUD 16,550; composite fee AUD 940 per annum — per instalment AUD 470.
- Year 7: AUD 49,250 per annum — per instalment AUD 24,625; composite fee AUD 2,600 per annum — per instalment AUD 1,300.
- Year 11 / Year 12: AUD 51,450 per annum — per instalment AUD 25,725; composite fees as listed per year level.
- Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) is compulsory for international students and is approximately AUD 600 per student per year; this is collected by the School on behalf of the insurer and is invoiced for the student's entire period of stay on a student visa. An administration fee applies to international students: AUD 280 per student per year, non‑refundable, covering visa/passport/OSHC and related administration.

Composite fees and what they cover
- Composite fees are charged by year level and cover compulsory activities and resources such as year‑level educational camps, compulsory excursions/incursions, technology levy, the Year 4–9 notebook program, some bookroom materials, school photographs, Cadet unit and co‑curricular programs, Year 12 jumper and Valedictory, and accident insurance protection. Composite fees do not cover optional items such as certain external camps, music camps, specific IB costs, sporting tours and optional co‑curricular activities. Composite fee refunds apply only when the School cancels an event.

Sibling discounts
- Sibling discount on tuition fees: 5% for the second child (younger sibling) and 10% for the third and subsequent children attending the School concurrently. A sibling discount will not apply where another concession is in place for that child.

Other costs and typical additional items
- Device requirement: Students are required to have an iPad in Years 4–6 and a notebook computer in Years 7–12; families should allow for the cost of these devices and any related software or insurance.
- Uniform: Uniform items are purchased separately; the School community operates second‑hand uniform exchanges at campus level and official uniform suppliers/shops service the School community. Prices for uniform items vary by supplier and item.
- Homestay / designated carer (international students): International students are required to obtain School‑approved homestay accommodation and/or a designated carer; homestay and designated carer fees are payable to external providers and vary by provider.

Boarding
- The School does not operate a boarding program; international students are required to be placed in approved homestay accommodation or with an approved designated carer.

Billing schedule, payment terms and penalties
- Domestic (Ivanhoe and Plenty campuses): Tuition fees are charged in four instalments (one per school term); invoices are issued in the first week of the preceding term and are payable within 14 days of billing. Per‑term figures shown above equal the annual tuition fee divided by four.
- International: Tuition and composite fees for international students are charged in two instalments (February and July) and are payable within 14 days of billing; per‑instalment figures above equal the annual fee divided by two. Tuition fee payments for international students are reported to the Australian Government as required.
- Late fee: A late fee of AUD 150 per student per instalment is charged when tuition fees are not paid by the due date.

Refund information (summary of key refund rules)
- Registration fees and the capital levy are non‑refundable. Foundation and Year 7 deposits specified in the schedule are non‑refundable but are credited as described in the fee schedule. Composite fee refunds apply only when the School cancels an event; expenses resulting from student management actions (for example returning a student home) remain the parents'/guardians' responsibility. Additional program‑specific refunds (if any) are determined by the School's published refund rules for that program.

Fee payment options and surcharges
- Registration fee and capital levy payments must be made online. School fee accounts and other payments can be made online, by credit card or by B‑Pay. Credit card payments of School fee accounts that are not processed online incur an additional surcharge of 1% (inc GST). All amounts are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).
