- International students (John Paul International College — 2026 fee schedule):
- Prep – Year 6: AUD 28,933.00 per year (equivalent to AUD 7,233.25 per term).
- Years 7–10: AUD 32,324.00 per year (equivalent to AUD 8,081.00 per term).
- Years 11–12: AUD 32,890.00 per year (equivalent to AUD 8,222.50 per term).

- Domestic students (Prep–Year 12):
- Tuition amounts are set annually by the College and billed according to the published billing schedule; families will receive term/year accounts showing the tuition charge applicable to each student's year level. The College offers an annual early‑payment discount and sibling discounts that apply to tuition.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition fees for the school year are charged in two instalments (January and July) and are payable within the billing period indicated on the account (the College's published terms require payment within 14 days of billing; the College's Fee Billing and Collection Policy also specifies standard invoice terms). Installment and direct debit arrangements are available.
- Payment terms stated by the College are strictly 7 days from date of invoice unless a pre‑approved instalment arrangement is in place. Payment plans can be set up by Direct Debit or Credit Card Authority.
- The College accepts Cheque, VISA, Mastercard, Direct Debit, BPay, EFTPOS, Diner's Club, American Express, Bank Deposit and payments via JPConnect.

Boarding, homestay and accommodation fees (where applicable)

- Boarding (full‑time, 37 weeks of residence) — International (2026): AUD 25,326.00 per year (equivalent to AUD 6,331.50 per term).
- Homestay (annual) — International (2026): AUD 23,884.00 per year (standard homestay durations and weekly rates vary; the fee schedule sets the annual homestay charge for the stated number of weeks). Homestay for boarders during holiday periods is charged per week (example published rate for holiday homestay in 2026: AUD 573.00 per week). A cancellation charge equal to two weeks' accommodation fees applies if less than four weeks' notice is given for homestay placement changes.
- Boarding payment covers 4 terms per year only; a late fee of AUD 50.00 per week is charged on any balances owing after the first week of term. If 12 weeks' written notice for boarding withdrawal is not given as required, the College will charge the following term's boarding fee.

Other compulsory and frequently charged costs

- Mobile Device Program (Years 4–12): included in tuition for participating students; a manufacturer's warranty, insurance cover and an on‑site maintenance package are provided (insurance excess AUD 100.00 in limited circumstances).
- Student welfare, curriculum authority and health cover (international students): example international charges in 2026 include Student Welfare A UD 1,915.00 per year and OSHC (overseas student health cover) (organised through Allianz Global) — amounts published in the international fee schedule. Year 11 & 12 Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority charges are identified separately where applicable.
- Instrumental, elective and VET/Certificate costs: most day‑to‑day compulsory activities and many subject resources are included in tuition, but year‑level camps, significant year‑level events (for example Year 12 Formal), some VET/Certificate costs and certain excursions are charged separately and invoiced to families. Instrumental/vocal tuition fees are invoiced in advance each term and are treated separately from core tuition accounts.
- Uniform and textbooks (examples from international schedule): approximate uniform cost on commencement (3 sets) AUD 1,050.00; textbooks and resources typically AUD 300.00–600.00 depending on year/subjects. For international students the international fee schedule lists a suggested range for these items.

Discounts and sibling concessions

- Early payment discount (domestic): AUD 500.00 discount is available if the full year's fees are paid by the College's published early‑payment date for the year (example published date for 2026: payment by 31 January 2026).
- Sibling discount: a 40% tuition discount is applied for families with three or more siblings enrolled concurrently; the fifth and subsequent children incur no additional tuition charge. The sibling discount is only available to Australian and New Zealand citizens, permanent residents and eligible visa holders.

Withdrawals and refunds

- Confirmation of Enrolment payments are non‑refundable (the College's published conditions state the confirmation fee is non‑refundable including student enrolments that do not eventuate). For international students, tuition/OSHC and other prepaid amounts are subject to the ESOS refund provisions; published guidance indicates fees are refundable only if a visa is refused (proof required) and are not refundable where visa refusal is due to fraudulent documentation.
- Student withdrawals: both parents must give a minimum of one term's written notice of withdrawal. If the required notice is not provided, the College's policy is to charge the subsequent term's fees.

Fee payment administration, penalties and conditions

- Fees are effective from 1 January each calendar year and remain in force until changed by the Board of Directors; the Board reserves the right to amend fees. Most College fees are not subject to GST; any GST‑inclusive charges will be identified on the account. Students with outstanding fees will not be permitted to commence or continue courses and academic reports or certificates will be withheld where debts remain.
- Late payment and overdue balances: a late fee of AUD 50.00 per week is applied to balances owing after the first week of term for boarding and homestay accounts; standard late and collection terms are set out in the College's Fee Billing and Collection Policy. Payment plans are available by arrangement.

Summary of common payment methods and contact
