The canteen operates Monday to Friday with Chartwells providing on-site meals (starter, hot dish, dessert) and a salad/fruit bar available from Junior High. Eight meals are offered, including vegetarian options and accommodations for gluten-free, lactose-free, pescatarian, no fish, no pork and no eggs; the menu is nut-free and posted one week in advance on Pronote; the chef uses organic ingredients or produce from the LCS garden when possible. Theme weeks explore different flavours and cultures as part of the canteen program.
The school is an Australian non-profit independent company limited by guarantee, supported and represented by the Association of Independent Schools of NSW, and operates under the NSW Education Standards Authority, the Australian Charities and Not-for-profit Commission Act and the Corporations Act. The School Board provides strategic direction, risk management, financial stability and compliance oversight; the AEFE appoints and remunerates the Principal and Business Manager. The Principal ensures the delivery of the French curriculum and the quality of teaching, while being accountable to the AEFE for French curriculum delivery and to the NSW Department of Education for the NSW syllabus; the Board also oversees overall School performance including the IB Diploma Programme.
Lycee Condorcet The International French School of Sydney is an independent AEFE affiliate serving students aged 3 to 18. The curriculum blends AEFE French education with English-medium subjects to support bilingual proficiency, offering the French Baccalaureate, the French International Baccalaureate (BFI), and the International Baccalaureate (IB). English Language and Literature and History and Geography are taught in English as part of the bilingual programmes. The school operates in Sydney's Maroubra district and benefits from the AEFE network and NSW authorities. Facilities include science laboratories, technology rooms, an indoor multipurpose court, a theatre, two libraries, and a café area at the entrance. A recently opened primary wing provides modern teaching spaces, redesigned classrooms, and an expanded playground.
