A café area named Café de Flore de Maroubra is located at the entrance of the new LCS wing.
An indoor multipurpose court is available for sports. The new primary facilities include a gymnasium and a modernised playground. A motricity room supports physical education for maternelle students. Playground facilities have been modernised as part of the new primary school development, with August 2024 targeted for the upgrades.
Modern laboratories and technology rooms support science and technology teaching. The secondary library CDI provides space for individual or group work, reading and documentary research and houses the guidance counsellor's office and a podcast room. The primary library BCD offers books in French and Anglo-Saxon classics and supports weekly library visits by each class with a focus on reading development and environment. All primary classrooms are equipped with interactive whiteboards, double glazed windows and reverse air conditioning; 100% of classrooms were renovated in recent years.
The CDI hosts exhibitions and exchanges and is a hub for cultural and humanitarian events and projects. The canteen and garden enable nutrition and sustainability initiatives, with ingredients from the Lycée Condorcet garden when possible and a worm farm for waste management. Theme weeks are organised throughout the year to encourage exploration of different flavors and cultures.
