The Kew campus is purpose-built and located seven kilometres from Melbourne. It combines heritage-listed and contemporary buildings with secure gardens and recreational spaces. Four dedicated learning communities—Junior School, Junior Secondary School, Middle School, and Senior School—each have age-appropriate facilities and flexible learning spaces, plus shared facilities such as a multi-sport Physical Education Centre and a purpose-built Music School. On-campus spaces span science laboratories, theatre, sports fields, a swimming pool, music studios, art rooms, and libraries for Junior and Secondary years. The campus also houses two Education Outdoors campuses in regional Victoria for Years 5 to 9 and a range of other specialist spaces including a Health Centre and Home Economics Demonstration Kitchens and a Commercial Training Restaurant.
Shared facilities include a multi-sport Physical Education Centre. There is a Sports Oval (Multi-Sport) for outdoor athletics. Tennis Courts are available for court-based sport. Fitness Studios support conditioning and PE programs. The Gymnasium (competition standard) provides an indoor athletic space. The Swimming Lap and Diving Pool offers aquatic facilities.
Art House and Specialist Studios, including Ceramic Studio and Kiln, support visual arts education. Science Laboratories support science teaching, and Home Economics Demonstration Kitchens and a Commercial Training Restaurant support culinary studies. Language Centre and Libraries (Secondary School and Junior School) cater to language learning and research, while a Computing Centre and a 3D Computer Room support ICT and design. The Nicholas Learning Centre (Year 7–8) provides a dedicated Junior Secondary home with 24 configurable spaces and a rooftop garden, Dr Wood Learning Centre (Year 9) offers flexible learning spaces and an adjacent amphitheatre, and Nevile Wing was refurbished to provide a contemporary Year 10 hub in 2022.
Sport, Music, Dramatic Arts, Global Learning Programs, Community Service, and Student Clubs form the core of co-curricular offerings. Education Outdoors is delivered across two remote campuses, MLC Banksia and MLC Marshmead, for Years 5–9. Community sport and performance spaces support gymnastics, dance, swimming, theatre and other activities. Music ensembles and dramatic arts programs are available across ages, providing opportunities for creative and leadership experiences.
MLC is a day and boarding school for girls in Melbourne, Australia, delivering a P-12 education across four stages: Junior School, Junior Secondary (Years 7–8); Middle School (Years 9–10); and Senior School (Years 11–12). The curriculum blends the Australian Curriculum with the IB Diploma Programme, offering more than 60 subjects across VCE, VCE VET and IB.
