Monte is in a transport hub with access to buses, ferries, trains and metro services. Bus: a two-minute walk from Miller Street & Pacific Highway bus stops, with regular public bus routes and School Special bus services. Train: North Sydney Station is about a 10-minute walk. Metro: Victoria Cross Station is a short walk from the McLaren Street entrance. Ferry: ferries operate to McMahon's Point and Milson's Point with connections to other areas. Fees

Application and enrolment fees

- Application fee: AUD 250 (including GST) payable at the time of application.
- Acceptance fee (to secure a place once offered): AUD 750; this fee is non‑refundable.
- Confirmation of Enrolment fee (paid to confirm a place, due at the time specified in the enrolment process): AUD 2,500; this fee is non‑refundable.

Tuition fees (annual and per‑term)

- Years 7 & 8: AUD 30,400 per annum — invoiced in four equal instalments (per term): AUD 7,600 per term.
- Years 9 & 10: AUD 31,540 per annum — invoiced in four equal instalments (per term): AUD 7,885 per term.
- Years 11 & 12: AUD 33,780 per annum — Year 11 invoiced in four equal instalments (per term): AUD 8,445 per term. Year 12 is billed in three equal instalments across the first three terms: AUD 11,260 per instalment.
- iLearn program fee (all students): AUD 700 per annum (charged in addition to tuition).

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition fees are incurred annually but are invoiced at the beginning of each school term in four equal instalments; Year 12 is billed in three equal instalments over the first three terms.
- The College issues a Statement of Fees at the commencement of each term; all College fees are payable in advance of the fees due date applicable to the payment arrangement selected.
- Monthly direct‑debit payment plans over ten months are offered and are the College's preferred payment option. Sibling discounts and early‑payment discounts are available.
- If a student is withdrawn after commencement, one term's written notice to the Principal is required; a term's fees will be charged in lieu of notice. No remission of fees is given for absence or if a student leaves during a term unless the Principal grants discretion. Late administration fees may be charged for overdue accounts; the College may pursue collection action for unpaid fees.

Boarding

- The College operates as a day school (no boarding facilities); there are no boarding fees.

Additional charges and other costs

- Additional student charges for camps, excursions, sport, co‑curricular activities and optional programs are charged on a cost basis and are added to the term invoice for the relevant term. These charges vary by activity and student participation.
- Representative example costs listed by the College (approximate): Year 7 camp AUD 550; Netball (Terms 2 & 3) AUD 450; Music ensembles AUD 400; Debating AUD 350; IB Examination fees (where applicable) AUD 1,200. These additional items are charged as incurred.
- College Building Fund (voluntary): suggested contribution AUD 300 per family per term; donations are acknowledged and are tax deductible.
- Uniform and College Shop: the College Shop publishes a 2026 price list. Key example prices include: blazers AUD 200 (Years 7–9) and AUD 230 (Years 10–12), dresses AUD 95, skirts AUD 95–100, polos AUD 50, track jacket AUD 130, swimwear AUD 85; prices include GST and are subject to change. The College Shop accepts cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and EFTPOS for uniform purchases.

Refund information and fee remissions

- Application, acceptance and Confirmation of Enrolment fees are charged as part of the enrolment process; the acceptance fee and the Confirmation of Enrolment fee are non‑refundable.
- Once a student has commenced, a term's written notice is required to avoid being charged a term's fees in lieu of notice; no general remission of tuition fees is given for student absence or mid‑term withdrawal except at the Principal's discretion. The College has a compassionate remission process for families in genuine financial hardship that can be considered by the Principal and the Bursary Committee.

Fee payment options (methods)

- The College's preferred method for paying tuition is an agreed monthly direct‑debit payment plan spread over ten months. Credit card payment and agreed instalment arrangements are used where set up and accepted by the College. Statements of Fees are issued each term.
- For uniform purchases the College Shop accepts: Cash, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and EFTPOS (Diners Club not accepted). Uniform purchases can be billed to a credit card via the College Shop form.

Notes on additional obligations

- Tuition fees do not include uniforms, textbooks, certain sports charges, some excursions and optional co‑curricular activities; these are charged separately. GST is not applied to tuition fees but may apply to some additional charges in line with legislation.

Monte Sant' Angelo Mercy College is a Catholic day school for girls in Australia with a history dating to 1875. College delivers the IB Middle Years Programme for Years 7 to 10 and offers a choice between NSW Higher School Certificate and International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme for Years 11 to 12, both routes to university entry via ATAR or Combined Rank.
