Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Registration is the first step in the enrolment process. Applications are accepted at any time from birth, and families are encouraged to apply early due to demand. Co-education is being introduced; from 2026 girls are being admitted to Kindergarten and Year 5 at Lindfield and Stanmore Wyvern, and from 2028 to Year 7 and Year 11 at the Stanmore Senior campus. 2. If a place is not immediately available, a waitlist is used; submitting an online application starts the waitlist process. The first application requires a non-refundable AUD 350 per child fee. 3. The Admissions Process comprises Application for Enrolment, Admissions Activities, Offer of Place or Waitlist, and Acceptance. Applications are online; Admissions Activities occur pending place availability; enrolment interviews are an important component and not all applicants can be interviewed. 4. Offers of enrolment or waitlist status are communicated in writing after an interview. 5. Acceptance requires reading and accepting the Conditions of Enrolment, signing the Enrolment Agreement, and paying the Enrolment Fee. Enrolment Fees vary by entry level: for the ELC, AUD 2,000 (refundable and transferable); for Kindergarten, Year 5 and Year 7, AUD 5,000 (non-refundable and non-transferable). 6. Entry levels include the ELC 3- and 4-year-old programs; Kindergarten and Year 5 at Wyvern or Lindfield; Year 7 at Stanmore Senior Campus. The ELC and Preparatory campuses provide continuing enrolment pathways, subject to an admissions interview with senior staff.
A waitlist exists for places when intake is full. Submitting an application is the first step to be placed on the waitlist. After application, communications about tours and admissions activities are issued, and offers or further waitlist steps follow based on place availability.
