From 1910 to 1915 it was located on Osmond Terrace, Norwood, and later moved to Lossie Street, Kensington Park for the following decades. The Old Scholars' Association formed on July 24, 1914 and remains active, with dances, picnics and events including the Centenary Celebrations in 2010. In the 1960s the school moved to its current Magill site, with the move completed by 1962, and the combined school later became Norwood Morialta High School after an amalgamation with Morialta High School in 1993. Norwood International High School is now an International Baccalaureate World School (IBMYP and IBDP) on the Magill campus with about 1700 students from diverse cultural backgrounds; it operates under the South Australian Department for Education (CRICOS Provider Number: 00018A).
