It has two main campuses: the King's Campus (Middle School) and Girton Campus (Junior School and Senior School), connected by Kensington Oval. Across the road from King's Campus, the Haslam Oval Precinct is a site for future development to expand the Sports Program and community engagement. The school has sporting facilities located in the city, on the Torrens River and in the southern Park Lands. Shipsters Road Building provides Middle School Art, Science, Design and Digital Technology spaces, and the John Moody Centre offers dining and social spaces including the John Moody Dining Room, King's Café and Yellow Submarine Too.

The Shipsters Road Building is the Middle School Art, Science, Design and Digital Technology facility. Opened in 2019, it is a three-storey building with learning hubs and a Balnaves Place atrium for lectures and presentations. It invites companies and individual experts to base themselves in the building to elevate entrepreneurial learning. It hosts Artists in Residence to work with students and supports co-curricular activities such as Robotics and Pedal Prix Programs. The John Moody Centre has transformed to include the John Moody Dining Room for boarders and guests, and the King's Café for Middle School students and staff.
Pembroke offers extensive Co-Curricular Opportunities including The Arts, Sport, Technology, Clubs and Societies, and Trips and Exchanges. The Athlete Development Program provides an individualized, high-performance sporting pathway in Years 9 and 10. The Resident Creatives Program invites Old Scholars and professionals to collaborate with Pembroke through visiting creatives. Co-Curricular Opportunities include Robotics and other project-based activities in Shipsters Road Building and related spaces. These programs encompass arts, sport and technology experiences beyond the classroom.
Pembroke School is a co-educational, non-denominational day and boarding school located in Kensington Park, Adelaide, South Australia.
