Boarding Fees and Bonds
- Annual boarding fee (all Year Groups): Domestic students AUD 36,620 per year; Per term AUD 9,155; Per month (x10) AUD 3,662.
- A Boarding Bond equal to 25% of the annual boarding fee is payable for all new boarding enrolments.
- Boarding fees are charged in addition to the tuition and activity fees.
Other Charges and Additional Fees
- Elective subject fees (Years 9–12) may be billed annually (normally charged in June) to cover subject-specific costs.
- International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma elective fee: Year 11 AUD 810; Year 12 AUD 740 (charged in June).
- Additional sundry charges for co-curricular activities (Saturday Sport, Clubs, Cadets, Duke of Edinburgh Award, Debating, etc.) are billed when a student elects to participate.
- Concurrent sibling discount on tuition: second daughter discount AUD 1,000; third daughter AUD 1,000; fourth daughter AUD 1,000.
- A fee for amendments to a student's enrolment: AUD 500 (applies to Overseas Students schedule as stated).
Uniform and Related Costs
- The school operates a Uniform Centre and is the official supplier; example price points from the published Uniform Price List include: PE polo shirts approximately AUD 54–57; Sports skorts AUD 69; Winter tunic AUD 128; various socks and accessories under AUD 50; most crested items and accessories listed with individual prices. Purchases may be made in person or online through the Uniform Centre.
Billing Schedule and Payment Terms
- Instalment options: 1 x Annual (charged in January) with an early-payment discount (AUD 500 if paid in full by 30 January of the charging year); 4 x Quarterly (payments due in advance by the first day of each school term); or 10 x Monthly (charged January to October) via the Portal.
- An invoice/statement is issued each month when a balance is outstanding. Other sundry charges will appear on monthly statements as they arise.
- Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date may incur an Administration Fee; for Overseas Students a specified Administration Fee of AUD 75 is applied to overdue accounts. The school does not charge interest on overdue accounts but applies administration penalties as described.
- Where a student withdraws, a full school term's written notice is required; insufficient notice results in a charge equal to 25% of the annual tuition fee plus GST in lieu of notice.
Payment Methods and Surcharges
- School automatic payments (Portal): direct debit from an Australian bank account (no bank fee) or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
- BPAY (Biller Code 57 5522) quoting the reference on the fee statement.
- Cheque by mail to Accounts Receivable (postal address shown on fee statements).
- Credit card surcharges (as applicable): Domestic card payments typically incur a surcharge (example: Visa/MasterCard 1.19% and AMEX 0.95% for the domestic schedule); for Overseas Students the stated surcharges are higher (example: domestic credit cards 1.75% and international credit cards 3.50% on the Overseas schedule).
- Voluntary tax-deductible donations to the school's Building Fund may be set up through payment arrangements.
Refunds and Withdrawal-Related Charges
- Student withdrawal: a full school term's notice in writing is required. If sufficient notice is not given, 25% of the annual tuition fee plus GST will be charged in lieu of notice.
- Boarding Bond: a bond equal to 25% of the annual boarding fee is payable for new boarding enrolments (bond conditions apply as per enrolment terms).
- Overseas Students: government and examination levies (for example NSW Education Standards Authority fees for HSC candidates) and visa-related insurance or registration costs may apply and are additional to school fees.
- Amendment fee for enrolment changes: AUD 500 (applicable under the Overseas Students schedule).
