- Representative or specialised sports kit, instrumental hire, excursions, optional trips and certain co-curricular items may be charged separately; some team items are hired rather than purchased.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Fee statements are issued by email before the beginning of each term. Fees are due in advance either at the end of the first week of each term (where no direct debit arrangement is in place) or via a direct debit arrangement. Amended invoices for mid-term enrolments are payable within seven days of the invoice date.
- Direct debit arrangements can be set up via the parent portal and will automatically debit amounts on an agreed schedule so that full payment is made by the end of November in each calendar year. Parents may elect to pay the full year's fees at the start of the year.
- If an account is not paid in full within 21 days of the due date, the College may add an overdue charge to the account. If insufficient written notice is given on withdrawal, one full term's fees will be charged in lieu of notice (one full term's notice in writing to the Principal is required before terminating enrolment).

Payment methods and card surcharges

- Accepted payment methods include BPAY (including debit or credit card linked via BPAY), online payments via the parent portal (direct debit or credit card), and direct debit arrangements from a nominated bank account or credit card. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted for online payments; surcharges apply to card transactions.

Sibling concession and building fund

- A sibling discount of 10% on school fees applies to the second and subsequent sisters attending the College at the same time; only the larger concession applies if a student is eligible for multiple concessions.
- Voluntary Building Fund donation suggested level: AUD 300 per term, per family (donations are generally tax deductible).

Boarding

- Boarding is not applicable; the College does not list boarding fees or a boarding program.

Withdrawal and refunds

- Enrolment fees (application, acceptance, finalisation) are non-refundable and are not credited towards tuition. Camp fees for compulsory camps are non-refundable. One full term's written notice to the Principal is required to terminate enrolment; if insufficient notice is provided and the place cannot be filled, a school term's fees will be charged in lieu of notice. Overdue charges may be applied if fees remain unpaid beyond the stated timeframe.

Summary

- Present fees are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). The main fee components are enrolment fees (non-refundable), school tuition (charged termly; Year 12 billed over three terms), a one-off camp levy for each year group where applicable, and additional user-pays charges for co-curricular and optional items. Payment is accepted by BPAY, direct debit and credit card via the parent portal (card surcharges apply); direct debit schedules are available to spread payments so full payment is made by the end of November each year.
