Charges for essential items and optional extras are generally communicated at the start of the school year and may be billed per year, per term or as individual activity invoices (for example excursions, camps or elective programs). Payment plans and staged payments are routinely offered and can be arranged through the school on request. Statements and family payment details follow the school's Parent Payment Arrangements procedure.

- Camps, excursions and incursions: Students in particular year levels (for example upper primary camps and year‑level excursions) incur user‑pays charges. Schools also offer financial assistance options for families experiencing hardship.

Payment plans and Centrepay instalments are available for families who require them.

The school's Parent Payment Arrangements set out the categories of charges (Essential Student Learning Items, Optional Items and Voluntary Contributions) and how family payments are managed; specific per‑year or per‑term tuition charges are not applied because the school does not charge tuition. For line‑by‑line dollar amounts for year‑level essential charges or a current consolidated fee schedule for 2026/27, consult the school's current Parent Payment Arrangements and published year‑level booklists (the school's Parent Payment Arrangements document provides the itemised charges the school applies).
