Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition fees and levies are payable at the commencement of each school term unless a written instalment Payment Plan is agreed. Year 12 fees are invoiced over three terms.
- Single annual payment: one annual payment made by Friday of the first week of Term 1. A 2.5% discount is applied to Net Tuition Fees when paid by the due date; this discount does not apply to Levies or to Pre‑K fees. Discounts are applied after concessions or scholarships.
- Periodic Payment Plan (Direct Debit): an annual direct debit plan is offered (payments from February to November on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis) managed via CBA's BPOINT platform; this option does not attract merchant fees or interest. Late or missed instalments may attract a $100 late fee per quarter or other penalties if outside the agreed plan.
- Periodic Payments via BPAY: families may nominate an alternate regular payment plan via BPAY but must notify the school of the intended arrangement prior to Term 1. Edstart is available as a third‑party flexible payment provider (may require a credit application and is not managed by the school).
- Non‑payment: unpaid fees after the statement due date will incur a $100 late fee. Withdrawal requires written notice to the Principal one full term in advance; if this notice is not given, an additional term's fees are payable in lieu.
- Sibling concession: where two or more immediate family members concurrently attend K–Year 12, tuition concessions apply: 15% for the second child, 50% for the third child, and 100% for the fourth and subsequent children. Concessions do not apply to Levies or Pre‑K tuition. Maintenance Levy is capped at two students per family.

Boarding fees

- No boarding program or boarding fees are listed in the Schedule of Fees and Charges.

Other costs and optional charges

- International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma exam and administration fee: AUD 215 per term.
- Private bus travel (StudentRide): zone‑based charges per one‑way trip; seats must be booked and paid for in advance.
- Duke of Edinburgh: Gold registration and New Zealand walk estimated at AUD 2,300; Silver and Bronze components are included in relevant Year camp levies where stated; additional fees may apply for participation outside the standard program.
- NSW Rural Fire Service Cadet Brigade membership and training contribution: AUD 125 per annum where applicable.
- Cocurricular charges (Dance, Drama, Music, Sport academies and other optional activities) are billed separately and require registration/permission; these charges appear on mid‑term fee statements or require upfront payment. Textbooks, uniforms and stationery are purchased separately by families. Additional optional events or elective costs will be advised prior to participation and are payable in full before the activity.

Refund information

- Application fees and Enrolment fees are non‑refundable. Donations to Building and Library Funds are non‑refundable once received. Refunds for goods or services are subject to the school's returns/cancellation terms; where a tax‑deductible receipt is issued for a donation, the payment is not refundable.
