Other fees and typical extras
- Extras not included in the standard tuition/boarding charge may include charges for competition sport, private music tuition, some co-curricular activities, and selected excursions or optional events; the published schedule notes that many items (year camps, excursions and comprehensive ICT support) are included in the tuition, while some extras are charged separately. A suggested voluntary donation of AUD 250 per family appears on each term's account (tax-deductible donation to the School Foundation; one receipt issued annually). Fees for additional programs (e.g., Learn to Swim, LTS sessions) and optional services may be charged separately.
- Uniforms: uniforms are purchased via the on-campus Uniform Shop (operated in partnership with Noone) or directly from Noone; uniform purchases and any second‑hand uniform transactions are handled separately to tuition accounts and are not included in tuition. The Uniform Shop operates on campus and through Noone's online/retail channels.

Refunds and cancellation (summary)
- Application fee and Enrolment Confirmation fee: non-refundable. Failure to provide required written notice when withdrawing incurs one term's fees in lieu of notice.
- Overseas students: conditions for refunds, provider default and student default follow Australian ESOS/Tuition Protection Service requirements; the Overseas Student policy specifies procedures for refunds, that the Application and Enrolment Confirmation fees are non‑refundable, and that a full refund of pre-paid tuition will be made in the event the School cannot deliver the course (or the TPS will assist). Certain cancellations of enrolment by the student or for student-visa related breaches may attract cancellation charges up to 100% of the current term's tuition, as set out in the Overseas Student Handbook. The Overseas Student Bond is refundable subject to the School's terms and conditions.

Administrative notes on charges and GST
- Except where stated, fees and charges do not include GST. The boarding food component is subject to GST and a GST component has been included in the published boarding amounts. The School may adjust fees to cover any GST that becomes payable. Fees are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).

Contact and enquiries for fee accounts
- General fee enquiries and the Business Office phone number are published with the fee schedule; the Business Office handles payment arrangements, instalment agreements and queries about extras, refunds and bonds. Accepted payment channels include BPAY, cheque and online credit card (1% processing fee for card payments).
