The Athenaeum building features open spaces and floor-to-ceiling glass. The Independent Theatre on Miller Street seats 300 and serves as a performance venue for music and drama. The Barbara Jackson Library has been refurbished to support learning. Visual Arts and Multimedia rooms and a kiln, together with a School Hall and general purpose classrooms, provide spaces across the arts, theatre and academic programs. The campus also includes gardens and common room areas, and the 25-metre pool is used by the Wenona Swim Club.
The school has a 25-metre on-site swimming pool used by the Wenona Swim Club. The campus supports sport through interschool competitions organised by IPSHA and IGSA, with opportunities in Swimming, Cross Country, Athletics and Gymnastics carnivals. A cardio gym is available on campus as part of the fitness facilities.
Barbara Jackson Library refurbishment supports modern learning. Visual Arts and Multimedia rooms and a kiln, School Hall, and general purpose classrooms provide spaces for a wide range of subjects. Science laboratories are part of the campus facilities. The ICT program integrates technology into daily teaching, including an iPad program for younger students and BYOT for older students, with laptop access in Middle and Senior years.

The Wenona Swim Club uses the on-site 25-metre pool for training and competitions. Students may undertake overseas study through International Opportunities after Year 10. Boarding students can participate in the wide range of extra-curricular activities offered on campus.
Wenona is a day and boarding school for girls in Australia dating to 1886. The school uses a dual curriculum, combining NSW curriculum with PYP for Kindergarten to Year 6. The Junior School operates on two campuses: Woodstock (Kindergarten to Year 3) and Hooke House (Years 4 to 6). In Year 5, Renaissance Studies begins, and Educational Support Services provide learning support, English language support and gifted and talented extension. Wenona is an IB World School authorised to offer PYP. In Year 10, students complete the Stage 5 NSW curriculum; from Years 11–12, the HSC is studied with English compulsory and languages including French, Mandarin, Spanish, Chinese and Japanese, plus electives. Facilities include Athenaeum, a 300-seat Independent Theatre, Barbara Jackson Library, science labs, art spaces and a 25-m pool used by Wenona Swim Club.
