Learning in Residence is Wesley College's purpose-built boarding facility at the Glen Waverley Campus. It is open to domestic students in Years 7–12 and international students from Years 9–12. The residences comprise eight two-storey houses for girls and boys, each housing up to 16 students and one staff member, with dedicated wellbeing and residential support integrated into the program.
The Wesley uniform comprises summer and winter academic uniforms and a general sports uniform. Uniform items can be purchased from the Glen Waverley Uniform Shop or the St Kilda Road Uniform Shop, with some items also available via Noone retail stores. Black school shoes are required, and sport-specific uniforms are used for PE and competition.
Meals are served in a communal dining area overlooking Kennedy Oval, with a variety of healthy options offered. Our onsite catering provides breakfast, lunch, dinner, morning and afternoon tea, and supper daily. Nuts and foods containing traces of nuts are not permitted in Learning in Residence facilities.
Wesley College uses a Senior School House system, with House Captains and Prefects; regular House activities and competitions are organized as part of campus life.
The College is governed by the Wesley College Council, which was incorporated as Wesley College Melbourne on 1 September 2016 and meets about nine times a year to oversee governance, strategic direction and budgets.
