An announced fee increase, if any, is communicated by 15 March and becomes effective at the start of the following school year. Late payments incur arrears interest at 5% per month; unpaid fees overdue by more than six weeks may result in out‑of‑court collection costs charged to the payer and possible termination of the enrolment agreement. For pupils entering or leaving during a term the full term fee is charged; term fees are not refunded for early withdrawal.
Boarding / residential provision
- Boarding is not provided for Pre‑school pupils and no boarding provision is published for COLE International Schools. There are no boarding fees.
Other compulsory and regular costs
- Materials / resources contribution: a contribution is charged per term to cover instructional materials. The enrolment form lists EUR 150 per term per child as a resources contribution; the admissions page lists materials per term in the range EUR 200–250 per child (subject to change). Parents should expect a per‑term materials charge in this range.
- Cleaning contribution / alternative: families may provide a minimum number of cleaning hours per term or pay instead. The enrolment form specifies an option to contribute a minimum of 15 hours of cleaning help per term or pay EUR 250 per term per family; another page indicates a minimum of 20 hours self‑help as an alternative—the payment alternative is EUR 250 per term per family.
- School uniform: a simple uniform is obligatory. School crest emblems are available at cost price (EUR 2 per crest). Other uniform items are purchased by parents from retail sources.
- Optional / occasional extras: outings, swimming courses, sports weeks, holiday programmes and similar activities incur additional charges paid in advance on notice; these additional charges are invoiced separately and follow the same late‑payment terms.
- Society membership: an annual family society membership is encouraged; the listed ordinary membership contribution for Pre‑school families is EUR 350 per family/year, with other membership categories available.
Refunds and withdrawal
- Term fees are charged in full for the term even if a pupil enters or departs during that term. Term fees are not refunded for early withdrawal. The one‑time enrolment fee is non‑refundable except where the pupil is prevented from entering school solely through the school's fault; returning pupils who left within two years pay 50% of the enrolment fee on re‑admission. There is no sibling discount on fees. There is no entitlement to fee reduction or refund for cancellations due to circumstances outside the school's responsibility (e.g., weather, strikes, illness, epidemics).
