Billing schedule and payment terms
- School fees are charged on an annual basis and must be paid according to the school's published payment schedule. The school's payment workflow separates a Learning Resources payment used to confirm registration and then three subsequent payments labeled Payment 1, Payment 2 and Payment 3. The Learning Resources payment is required at registration. Instalment billing is available through this three-payment structure; per-term amounts above are approximate (annual fee ÷ 3).
- Specific due dates and the exact amounts for each instalment are posted in the school's yearly fee schedule and the Powerschool payment portal. Parents must clear any outstanding balances with the Accounts Department during withdrawal or re-registration.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable. The school operates as a day school.
Other compulsory and occasional fees
- Learning Resources / Books: the Learning Resources component is shown separately for lower grades (example: KG tuition BHD 792 + Learning Resources BHD 240). For other grades the published annual total includes the usual resource/book charges as per the grade's fee line.
- Mental Skills (M.A.M.) / UCMAS and similar course materials: M.A.M./Mental Skills and UCMAS course materials are charged separately and may be split across payments (example: BD 70 with 1st payment and BD 70 with 2nd payment for M.A.M. / UCMAS where applicable).
- Uniforms and supplies: a uniform policy applies and uniform items are required; uniform costs are not shown as a single school-wide amount and must be purchased separately according to the uniform list.
- Extra-curricular activities and optional trips are not included in the annual tuition and are charged separately.
Refund information and withdrawal handling
- Admission test and registration fees are explicitly non-refundable.
- Withdrawal / refunds: parents must submit the official withdrawal request form to the Admissions Department and obtain accounts clearance before a withdrawal is completed; the Accounts Department handles final clearance and any refunds or reconciliations. Outstanding fees must be cleared before the withdrawal letter / good conduct certificate is issued. The school's Policies & Procedures detail the payment and withdrawal process.
Fee payment channels and options
- Online payments: the school uses a PowerSchool-based payment system for online fee payments and re-registration flows; the online payment form lists the Learning Resources payment and three instalment options.
- In-person / Accounts Department: payments and registration confirmations can also be processed through the school's Accounts Department (contact: Account@alrawabi.edu.bh). The Accounts Department issues receipts and performs account clearances.
Practical notes for parents (concise)
- Expect a one-time registration charge for new students (BHD 50) and an admission test charge where applicable (BHD 20).
- Annual tuition figures by grade are listed above; the school accepts payment according to its Learning Resources + three-payment schedule and posts instalment dates in the parent payment portal. Per-term figures above are approximate (annual ÷ 3) to match the three-payment instalment structure.
