Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is billed on a three‑term basis (Term 1, Term 2, Term 3); invoices must be paid in accordance with the invoice on or before the term fee due date. Lumpsum payment of all three term fees prior to the start of school attracts a 5% discount on tuition.
- Sibling discounts on tuition: 1st child none; 2nd child 5%; 3rd child 10%; 4th child 10%.
- There is a parent referral arrangement providing fee benefits for referring families (new pupils may receive exemption from registration fees and referring families may receive a tuition discount for successful enrolments).

Refunds and exit procedure

- Withdrawal requires one full term's written notice; if notice is given after the term start, parents remain liable for the current full term's tuition fees plus the fees equating to one full term's notice. Transfer documents are issued only after all dues are cleared; the school requires at least fifteen school working days to prepare exit documents. In the event of temporary or permanent school closure due to civil unrest, pandemic, or similar circumstances, the school states it will not be liable to refund fees already received.
