Per‑term instalments (how fees are billed and example instalment amounts)

The first instalment is payable in the middle of the second semester (April) for returning students and at registration for new students. Billing terms and penalties
- Invoices are emailed to parents. Failure to pay by the due date may result in administrative charges and withholding of reports or certificates; the school may suspend or terminate enrolment for unpaid fees. The school may withdraw places for all siblings if the full family balance is not paid by the invoice due date.
Boarding fees
- The school operates as a day school; no boarding facility or boarding fees are published. Boarding fees are therefore not applicable.
Other costs and optional charges

Refund policy
- Registration fee is non‑refundable. For withdrawals the published policy applies: if withdrawal is notified in writing before the end of June the school retains 50% of fees to that date; withdrawals from the beginning of July until mid‑August result in the school retaining 80% of fees to that date; withdrawals between 16 August and the first day of the new academic year receive no refund; withdrawals during the academic year may result in the school retaining all fees. Refunds are subject to the school's written procedures.
