Parent Experience

Community, involvement and what it's like to be a parent at this school

History

Kidzworld Kindergarten was founded in 1996 and restructured with British Curriculum in 2010. The school is governed by a Board of Governors, with Waleed Ahmadi on the board and Nilufar Hasanli serving as Principal. The administration includes a Head of Admin and a team of teachers and support staff. The curriculum follows the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, guiding learning across its early years program.

Community

Upcoming events include Sports Day, Firefighters Day, Mothers' Day, and Earth Day. The News and Events page lists these events as part of the school's community calendar. Communication with families is supported through Class Dojo and monthly newsletters, helping families stay connected with school life. Parents can also follow the school's Facebook and Instagram pages for events.

Parent-Teacher Association

The PTA (Parent-Teacher Association) at Kidzworld Kindergarten fosters collaboration, communication, and support between parents, teachers, and the school. It acts as a bridge between home and school by keeping families informed about events, policies, and educational initiatives, and by encouraging parental involvement. The PTA organizes activities, fundraisers, and events that enrich the learning environment and support extracurriculars. It builds a sense of community through social events and networking opportunities, bringing parents, teachers, and students together. It advocates for parents' perspectives within the school and supports teachers with resources, professional development, and recognition, while coordinating fundraising, parent education programs, and volunteer opportunities.
