Kindergarten (Nursery – KG1 – KG2)
- Annual tuition: BHD 1,417.
- Installment schedule (three installments):
- First installment (with registration): BHD 480.
- Second installment (first week of November): BHD 480.
- Third installment (first week of February): BHD 457.

Elementary School (Grades 1 – 5)
- Annual tuition: BHD 1,790.
- Installment schedule (three installments):
- First installment (with registration): BHD 600.
- Second installment (first week of November): BHD 600.

Middle School (Grades 6 – 8)
- Annual tuition: BHD 2,088.
- Installment schedule (three installments):

High School (Grades 9 – 12)
- Annual tuition: BHD 2,386.

Application and registration fees
- Registration (application) fee: BHD 100. This fee is non‑refundable.
- IB fee (Grade 11 and Grade 12 where applicable): BHD 500, to be paid with registration.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Billing schedule: Tuition is collected in three installments due in the first week of September (first installment at registration), the first week of November (second installment), and the first week of February (third installment).
- Payment terms and consequences:
- Fees must be paid in advance according to the three‑installment schedule.
- In case of delayed payment where an installment is not settled and the following installment becomes due and both are unpaid, the student will not be permitted to attend and will be considered expelled.
- The total installment amount is payable even if the student does not attend.

Refunds and withdrawal
- The registration fee is not refundable.
- If a student withdraws during a semester, the installment already charged for that semester will not be refunded.
- Installments paid are treated as due and are not refundable for non‑attendance.

Boarding fees
- Modern Knowledge Schools operates as a day school; there are no boarding facilities offered and therefore no boarding fees.

Other costs and required purchases
- School uniform: Students are required to wear the Modern Knowledge Schools uniform. Uniforms are available for purchase at the school's uniform shop (inside Gate 12). Uniform costs are charged separately at the point of sale.
- Textbooks and learning materials: Textbooks and course materials are available for ordering; costs for textbooks and any subject‑specific materials are additional to tuition. (Textbook ordering is offered by the school.)
- Technology/devices: Device requirements are specified by grade (for example, licensed iPads for Grades 1–5 and Chromebooks/laptops for higher grades). Device purchase or licensing is an additional cost borne by the family when required.
- Extracurricular activities, trips, exams and optional services: Additional fees may apply for field trips, external exams, extracurricular activities, and specific programs (these are charged separately when applicable).

Fee payment options and where to pay
- Accepted payment method: Cash only, payable at the Accounts Department (Gate No. 4).
- Accounts contact for billing queries: contact details are provided by the school's accounts/registration office for invoice concerns.

- All tuition and related fees listed above are invoiced in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) and are payable according to the stated installment due dates.
- Registration fees and IB fees are collected with the registration process and are non‑refundable as noted.
