Uniform is compulsory at Multinational School Bahrain and all items are available from House of Uniforms. The policy lists year-by-year requirements: Early Years wear a MNS-coloured House/P.E. t-shirt with navy shorts or tracksuit bottoms, white socks and white trainers with a navy cardigan; Years 1–5 wear a blue dress or light-blue polo shirt with a skirt for girls or a light-blue polo shirt with grey shorts or trousers for boys. The P.E. kit includes the house t‑shirt, navy shorts or tracksuit bottoms, white socks, white trainers, and a navy cap or hoodie, and hijabs should be plain navy or white.
Multinational School Bahrain uses a house system. Pupils wear a MNS-coloured House t-shirt for P.E., reflecting house identity and affiliation in school activities.
Multinational School Bahrain is described as a privately run and British Schools Overseas (BSO) accredited school; it is Cambridge and Edexcel accredited as well. Branding on some pages uses the name 'The One Multinational School' in the copyright footer.
