Multinational School Bahrain began operating on the Adliya site in 2013. The campus had previously housed the U.S. Embassy and the New York Institute of Technology before it became a school. The school initially followed the Australian curriculum before, in 2017 under new ownership, switching to the British curriculum and gaining British School Overseas accreditation. The school is now a fully accredited British school serving Nursery to Year 13. The school's community comprises more than 50 nationalities.
