Counseling and tailored educational programs are provided for students with special education needs. The school works closely with parents and may arrange external support when necessary.

The academic year runs August to June. The day includes half-day and full-day programs for toddlers and pre-school, with full-day programs for Pre-K to Class VII. The day includes daily recess and snack, and lunch; on Tuesday afternoons classes finish early to allow faculty professional development.
Application and admission fees
- Admission processing fee (payable at time of submitting the application): BDT 5,000.
- One-time admission fee (payable when a student is offered a place): BDT 400,000. This admission fee is non-refundable.
- Security deposit (non-interest bearing): BDT 80,000. The security deposit is refundable on completion of the School Leaving Form at least 45 days before withdrawal and after deduction for outstanding items; it will be forfeited if the SLF is not submitted on time or if the student is excluded for non-payment or dismissed.
Tuition fees by year group (fees shown per quarter; annual amount shown as 4 × quarterly fee)
- Toddler (Half Day): Quarterly BDT 142,500; Annual BDT 570,000.
- Toddler (Full Day): Quarterly BDT 180,000; Annual BDT 720,000.
- Pre-School (Half Day): Quarterly BDT 148,500; Annual BDT 594,000.
- Pre-School (Full Day): Quarterly BDT 186,000; Annual BDT 744,000.
- Pre-K – K: Quarterly BDT 190,200; Annual BDT 760,800.
- Class I – II: Quarterly BDT 192,300; Annual BDT 769,200.
- Class III – V: Quarterly BDT 233,100; Annual BDT 932,400.
- Class VI – VIII: Quarterly BDT 239,700; Annual BDT 958,800.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- The annual tuition is payable in four equal quarterly instalments. Tentative due dates for each quarter are: First Quarter (Jul 1–Sep 30) — due July 5; Second Quarter (Oct 1–Dec 31) — due October 5; Third Quarter (Jan 1–Mar 31) — due January 5; Fourth Quarter (Apr 1–Jun 30) — due April 5. Exact invoice due dates will be notified to parents.
- Monthly payment option is available by application and approval; invoices are still issued quarterly and monthly payments are due on the 5th of each month when this option is used. Parents must apply to switch between quarterly and monthly schedules.
- Advance payments are accepted for half a year (two quarterly instalments) or for the whole year. Students enrolling mid-quarter must pay the full tuition for that quarter plus the Admission Fee and Security Deposit.
- Late payment penalties: Late fee of BDT 2,500 if dues are not cleared by the due date (applicable from the 6th of the first month of the quarter). Additional late fee of BDT 1,000 per month applies if fees are not cleared in the second and third months of the quarter. For monthly payers, the BDT 2,500 late fee applies if not cleared by the due date and the additional BDT 1,000 fines apply in subsequent months. Continued non-payment may result in exclusion from classes and withholding of records.
Boarding
- Boarding is not provided; no boarding fees are listed.
Other costs and optional charges
- Additional fees that may be charged (where applicable or optional): library fines for lost/damaged items; charges for damage to school property; optional after-school programs; cafeteria/canteen service fees; school uniforms; IT-related charges (e.g., laptops or tablets); bus service; examination, certification or diploma fees; overnight trips (including trips outside Dhaka or abroad); university application and mailing fees. Many of these are payable in addition to tuition and will be billed or communicated as applicable.
- Additional support services (shadow teacher or learning support) are charged when required and available: BDT 22,500–60,000 per month depending on level and nature of need; such fees must be paid along with tuition and are subject to late fines if unpaid.
- Canteen service fees: non-refundable for the ongoing month; refunds for future service may be processed as an advance if cancellation is notified before the start of a new month.
Refund information and withdrawal
- Admission processing fee and Admission Fee are non-refundable under any circumstances. The Security Deposit is refundable if the School Leaving Form is submitted at least 45 days before withdrawal and after deduction for outstanding non-returned books or other dues; it will be forfeited if the SLF is not submitted on time or if the student is excluded for non-payment or dismissed. Tuition and additional support fees are refundable only for subsequent quarter(s) of non-attendance and only in the case of advance payments; there is no refund for the quarter in which the student leaves. Refunds are issued by cheque. Canteen fees are non-refundable for the current month. Non-payment of fees may prevent release of records, reports and transcripts.
Fee payment options and administration
- Accepted payment methods: cash (Bangladeshi takas only) at the campus, account payee cheque, pay order, bank transfer, and an Auto Bills Pay (EFT) system for scheduled banks in Bangladesh. Online/credit-card payments are possible but must be arranged in advance with the school management before use. Cheques must clear before the payment is confirmed. Advance and recurring payments are supported via the Auto Bills Pay system. Invoices will show all applicable dues (tuition, additional support, canteen, late fees, etc.).
Other administrative points related to fees
- If fees are paid in double by mistake, the extra payment will be treated as an advance for the next quarter; no refund will be made for double payment. The school reserves the right to revise fees and fee policies. Changes to fee levels are communicated to parents before the start of an academic year and reflected in quarterly invoices. Parents requiring an extension should contact the Student Records office at least 15 days before the due date; extensions are at management discretion. VAT is currently not being charged on tuition (subject to legal changes).
