- EUR 1,000 one‑time application/admission fee payable on acceptance. This application fee is charged per student and is non‑refundable.

Boarding / accommodation fees
- The school presents fees for day services and transport; there is no published boarding fee schedule. Transport is charged separately; the school operates as a day school campus model and does not publish boarding accommodation charges.
Refunds, withdrawal and refund schedule
- Minimum notice: one term's written notice is required for withdrawal. Fees for early withdrawal are prorated according to the Financial Regulations and the chosen instalment plan. In many cases a student who withdraws on or after 1 December will be charged the full annual tuition for that year.
- Forced withdrawals (for disciplinary, attendance or academic reasons) do not entitle the family to a refund of tuition for the applicable semester/year; additional service fees are non‑refundable.
- Withdrawal of optional services (e.g., canteen, transport, EAL) normally requires notice and is subject to a 3‑month notice/settlement process; balances may be refunded or offset on the next invoice after the notice period.
Late payment and penalties
- Late payments incur interest at 1% per month on overdue amounts. Administrative reminder charges (example: EUR 50 per second reminder and EUR 50 for a third reminder) are applied; continued non‑payment may lead to withholding of academic records and suspension of attendance until outstanding debts are cleared.

Administrative and billing notes

Bogaerts International School (BIS) South Campus is located on the historic Domaine Latour de Freins in Uccle, south of Brussels. The school provides the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum for students aged 3 to 18, covering the Primary Years, Middle Years, and Diploma Programmes. Situated within a six-hectare wooded park, the campus features a Flemish neo-renaissance main building, an indoor gymnasium, and an outdoor tennis court.A distinctive feature of the school is its professional sports partnerships, notably with Brussels Basketball and the Garrincha Padel Club. These collaborations allow students to train in professional facilities and engage with elite athletes.
