Requests for partial exemptions or instalment arrangements can be submitted in writing in cases of financial difficulty.

Fee payment options accepted

- Invoices for school charges and, where applicable, school fees are required to be paid by bank transfer within the deadline specified on the invoice. Families may request payment by instalments in writing where applicable. No credit‑card payment method is specified in the school's standard instructions for payment.

Short summary (practical points for parents)

- Annual tuition (minerval) is set by category and cycle; the school requires a 25% non‑refundable deposit before the school year begins, invoices the balance and requires timely payment by bank transfer. Sibling reductions apply for successive children in the same category. Routine small charges (insurance, printing, diaries, certain specific activity fees and exam registration) are charged in addition to minerval. Non‑payment can lead to removal from the school list.

Located in the residential Woluwe-Saint-Lambert area, the campus includes specialized facilities such as the Salle Polyvalente for theater and a dedicated library hosting creative events like Poetry Week. The school is particularly known for its Climate Academy, a student-led initiative where participants conduct research on environmental literacy and collaborate with international partners. Outside of the classroom, pupils participate in unique traditions like Footfest, an annual community gathering, and the Inter-European School Mathematical Competition. Students also engage in cross-campus events such as the European Schools' Science Symposium, where they present original scientific projects and podcasts, fostering a practical connection to scientific inquiry within a multicultural community.
