The Board of Governors' payment schedule is: first payment (deposit) on or before 30 June (before the school year starts), 50% of the annual fee payable before 1 November, and the final instalment payable before 31 March. These instalments together cover 100% of the annual tuition.

Standing orders from a bank are permitted for Category III payments. Contact for invoicing: IXL-INVOICING@eursc.eu.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not provided by the European School Brussels III; there are no boarding fees. The school's on-site services for families are organised through the parent association (APEEE) (canteen, transport, extracurricular) rather than a boarding/internat facility.

Refund information
- Tuition / school fees (Category III): the official rules require parents to pay the full year's fees by the scheduled instalments; the school's rules emphasise prompt payment and state that non-payment will result in removal from the school register. No general automatic refund policy for annual tuition is stated in the school's published fee information; specific refund or adjustment matters (for example in cases of late arrival, early withdrawal or special circumstances) are handled through the school's invoicing office and under the regulations of the European Schools. Contact for invoicing queries: IXL-INVOICING@eursc.eu.
- APEEE services (canteen/transport/extracurricular): the canteen regulation and price list specify administrative fees for voluntary changes (EUR 15) and note that late or returned payments can lead to suspension of access; refunds or credits for APEEE services are governed by APEEE rules (details in the relevant APEEE regulations and price lists).
