Per‑term presentation (convenience calculation)
- Tuition is published as annual amounts. For convenience only, a per‑term figure can be calculated by dividing the annual fee by 3 (three academic terms) or by using the monthly instalment plan (10 monthly instalments — see Billing schedule). The annual amounts above are the official published figures; per‑term values shown elsewhere should be treated as a simple arithmetic division of those annual fees.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- If an employer pays the tuition, the total tuition is due in full on 15 June preceding the start of the school year.
- If parents pay, the total tuition may be split into ten monthly instalments payable from September to June. Instalments are charged by direct debit or by standing order on the 1st of each month.
- The published annual tuition amounts must be paid in euros, net of bank charges, to the school account indicated in the contract (IBAN: BE51 3631 2826 5362).
- Tuition rates are subject to annual review. Pro rata calculations apply when a child starts during the school year.
Boarding / residential costs
- The school organises a week‑long residential (green class / seaside or similar) for primary pupils as part of the programme. Excursions are included in tuition except for the week‑long green class/sea trip for primary pupils; costs for that week are charged separately. No separate permanent boarding programme or standing boarding fee is published.
Other costs and extra fees
- School supplies: Tuition fees include school supplies and, depending on the chosen programme, also include music, psychomotor lessons, swimming (for the full programme), sports and theatre lessons.
- Daycare (after‑school care): EUR 5 per hour; after 5:00pm the rate increases (the published rate is EUR 10 for ten minutes beyond closing). Daycare charges are billed at the end of each month.
- School transport (annual): within 15 km radius: EUR 3,500 per year (in addition to tuition). Between 15 km and 30 km: EUR 4,000 per year (in addition to tuition). When used, transport is a yearly commitment and cannot be cancelled for a refund during the school year. Occasional transport (when available) is billed at EUR 25 for a return trip and EUR 15 for a one‑way trip. Transport fees are calculated pro rata if a child joins the service during the school year.
- Excursions: Most excursions are included in tuition; the green class/sea week for primary pupils is charged separately.
- Uniforms: No mandatory uniform fee is published among the school's listed fees; school materials are stated as included in tuition.
Discounts and sibling policy
- A 15% reduction is applied to tuition fees for the second child of the same family (applies to individual / private rates only; not applicable to business/employer rates).
Refund and cancellation terms
- The registration fee of EUR 500 is non‑refundable; however, if the school rejects an application at the acceptance stage, the registration payment will be refunded. The registration fee is otherwise non‑refundable in the event of withdrawal.
- Transport fees are non‑refundable once the annual commitment is made for the year. Tuition is calculated pro rata for children who join during the school year. Rates may be revised each year.
Fee payment methods and practical payment details
- Payment methods referenced by the school are bank transfer to the indicated IBAN and automated monthly payment by direct debit or standing order for parent instalments. Employer billing is accepted when applicable and follows the full‑payment timing described above. No general public listing of credit‑card payment as an option is published. All published amounts are to be paid in euros, net of bank charges.
