Fees
Application / Registration fees
- For the nostifikacija (equivalence) of foreign educational documents: BAM 100.00 for certification of completed primary/secondary education. BAM 50.00 for nostifikacija of an individual grade.

Tuition fees by year group (per term / per year)
- The school has not published a public, itemised tuition schedule (per year group or per term) for the 2026/27 academic year; the most recent public enrollment announcement that includes a financial detail refers only to an early-registration discount (15% on the annual tuition) for the 2025/26 intake. No full per-grade or per-term tuition amounts are available in the school's public pages.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- An advertised early-registration incentive: a 15% discount on the annual tuition amount for early registrants (noted for the 2025/26 intake). No standard public schedule of instalments, deposit amounts, or term-by-term billing dates is published. Parents should expect standard private-school billing practices (annual or term invoicing) but must obtain the school's official fee schedule for exact deadlines and instalment options.

Boarding fees (if applicable)
- No boarding/dormitory fees or boarding facilities are listed in the school's public information for Maarif International Schools Bosnia and Herzegovina. The school is presented as a day-school campus in public materials. No boarding fee schedule is published.

Other costs and typical additional charges
- Document-equivalence fees (see Application section): BAM 100.00 and BAM 50.00.
- No public price list for uniforms, transport (bus) fees, meals/catering, extracurricular activity fees, examination fees, or textbook charges was published on the school's public pages. Where such costs exist they are not itemised publicly and must be requested from the school.

Refund information
- No publicly posted refund policy or formal refund procedure for tuition, deposits, or other fees was found in the school's public materials. For refunds of payments already made parents should contact the school's administration for the official policy and procedure.

Fee payment options and banking details (publicly listed items)
- For nostifikacija/equivalence payments the public payment instructions list payment to the Sarajevo Canton budget account with the following details: account number 141 196 53200084 75; budget organisation 2101001; revenue type 722429; municipality 077. These equivalence payments are processed via bank payment as listed.
- No public statement listing accepted payment methods for regular tuition (credit card, bank transfer, cheque, cash) appears on the school's public pages; the only explicit payment route published relates to the Ministry/nostifikacija payments.

How this applies to the 2026/27 requirement
- The school's public pages do not publish a 2026/27 tuition schedule; the only clear monetary items publicly posted relate to document-equivalence fees (BAM 100.00 / BAM 50.00) and the previously advertised 15% early-registration discount for the 2025/26 intake. For a complete, itemised 2026/27 tuition and fees schedule (tuition by grade, per-term breakdown, instalment plan, uniforms, transport and catering fees, refund policy and accepted payment methods), request the official fee schedule from the school's admissions or finance office.

Administrative contact (for fee schedules and payment queries)
- Phone: +387 33 257 260. Email: info@ba.maarifschools.org. Address: Hasiba Brankovića 2a, Sarajevo 71000, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Use these contacts to obtain the full, itemised 2026/27 fee schedule, instalment dates, and formal refund policy.

Summary of findings and gaps
- Publicly available and verifiable fee items for Maarif International Schools Bosnia and Herzegovina are limited to nostifikacija/equivalence fees (BAM 100.00 and BAM 50.00) and a published early-registration discount (15% for the 2025/26 intake). There is no publicly posted per-grade or per-term tuition schedule, no published boarding fees, no listed uniform/transport/meal prices, and no published refund policy on the school's public pages; those details were therefore not available for 2026/27 or 2025/26.

Wellbeing

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

The Turkish Maarif Foundation regards social and cultural activities as important factors in developing knowledge, skills, and behaviors. Schools organize activities aimed at developing adherence to social norms, culture of shared life, and effective communication. They also foster responsibility, altruism, entrepreneurship, and aesthetic development, and promote understanding of civilization and socialization. Activities include visits to cultural and historical sites and social institutions, and student clubs and study projects. They also include graduation preparation, ceremonies, presentations and commemorations; school magazines; music and theatre performances; poetry recitals; folk dances. Additional activities include sports and tournaments, information contests, skill workshops, conferences, symposiums, signing days, fairs, exhibitions and bazaars, scouting and youth camps.

English as an Additional Language (EAL)

The Cambridge Diploma Program uses Cambridge syllabi in English for English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and IT. Bosnian language and literature, Geography, History, Music, and Visual Arts are taught in Bosnian according to the Sarajevo Canton Curriculum. Students study two foreign languages: English and Turkish. English is the language of instruction for Cambridge subjects, while local-language subjects are taught in Bosnian, providing bilingual academic opportunities. The Isa-beg Ishaković and Sarajevo campuses offer English-language instruction across many subjects, reinforcing English proficiency.

Mental Wellbeing

The school supports holistic development including emotional growth. The development focus includes cognitive development, social skills, emotional development, speech development, and motor development. The goal is a happy and satisfied child. The school pays close attention to boosting student creativity, acquiring high-quality knowledge and skills, building self-confidence, and fostering self-initiative. Health awareness and environmental protection are emphasized, and the environment supports emotional well-being as part of overall development.
