Escola Gurilândia is a bilingual international school in Salvador, Bahia, with two campuses serving ages 1 to 11. Inspired Education Group offers IB Continuum anchored by the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) alongside a bespoke Brazilian curriculum. The school blends national standards with the PYP, incorporating Singapore Mathematics and Reading and Writing Workshops from Columbia University, plus emotional intelligence classes and a focus on 21st‑century skills. The PYP certification, earned in 2014, made Gurilândia first school in Northeast to offer the programme. A Land School founded in 2019 ensures seamless progression through year 5. In 2020 Gurilândia joined Eleva Global Schools and, in 2021, opened second campus in Pituba; in 2022 it joined Inspired, linking to a network of premium schools. Facilities on the Federação and Pituba campuses support academic, athletic, technological and artistic development. Extracurriculars include capoeira, judo, swimming, arts, programming and scouting, with competition opportunities through Inspired worldwide.
