SIS International Activities promote international exchange, including the SIS Cup and the annual Intercountry Activity. Escola Suíço-Brasileira Rio de Janeiro is a private day school in the SIS network serving students aged 3 to 18. The school offers a multilingual, IB-aligned pathway: preschool is bilingual with play-based discovery, while Primary blends the Brazilian curriculum with the IB Primary Years Programme and Secondary follows the Brazilian curriculum enriched by the IB Middle Years Programme; the College track combines the IB Diploma with a Brazilian certificate and ENEM preparation.
